As a bilingual (French/English) key leader representing Oracle Customer Success Services (CSS) in Quebec, you will oversee the delivery of both one-time projects and ongoing cloud managed services for our valued customers. **Responsibilities**
+ Oversee all Oracle CSS engagements in Quebec, ensuring successful service delivery across commercial and public sector customers.
+ Demonstrate deep knowledge of Oracle CSS' solutions portfolio and Oracle's core products and services, including Cloud and SaaS, to effectively position offerings.
+ Be accountable for revenue, growth, margin, utilization, customer satisfaction, and accurate forecasting within your portfolio.
+ Drive business growth by identifying transformation and expansion opportunities, fostering relationships, ensuring contract renewal, and deepening engagement with existing customers based on their objectives.
+ Serve as the primary point of escalation for executive-level customer alignment and collaborate with customers' partners
+ Collaborate with Oracle delivery organizations and the CSS Sales team to identify opportunities and support end-to-end deal processes, including proposal creation.
+ Lead and manage the Oracle CSS delivery team through all aspects of staffing, transitions, and organizational change to support business objectives.
+ Ensure service delivery excellence by leveraging best practices from Oracle CSS, ITIL, and PMP methodologies.
+ Provide clear customer health reporting and proactively manage account or project-specific issues, ensuring timely interventions and resolutions.

CA: Hiring Range in CAD from: $101,300 to $221,300 per annum.
