The Technical Development Associate will play a key role in supporting and advancing innovation, technical excellence, and product development within the Amrize Innovation & Training Centre. The incumbent will be responsible for executing advanced testing programs to optimize mix designs, raw material characterization, and qualification of concrete, aggregates, and admixtures in alignment with the company's sustainability and innovation strategies. **Responsibilities**
Safety:
+ The incumbent is responsible for implementation of Amrize Safety Policies, and Compliance with Government Legislation, as well as with training and orientation of all direct and departmental staff, with a specific focus on behaviors and culture.

Concrete and Aggregates Product Performance & Development:
+ The incumbent will be expected to execute laboratory trials for concrete and aggregates product performance testing, ensuring compliance with CSA and ASTM standards.
