Our stores are modern, elevated and have a cool casualness made even better by the Seasonal Stock Associates who ensure our shelves are filled, our displays are complete and our stock room stays prepped and "at the ready" to fulfill customer orders in our stores. You're a behind the scenes virtuoso and master of logistics who knows the stockroom inside and out. Energetic and observant, you work closely with sales associates, visual merchants and managers to keep the sales floor well stocked, perfectly lit and ready to shop. Key to seasonal floor changes, you're ready to spring into action and assist with updating merchandise displays when needed. You're the gatekeeper of the stockroom, processing all incoming and outgoing packages in a timely manner, helping to prepare for inventory, and assisting with customer pickup orders.
A day in the life as a Seasonal Stock Associate.
+ Assist the leadership team with ensuring product and displays on the sales floor are stocked appropriately and available for customers to purchase.
+ Perform duties associated with receiving and processing incoming shipments.
+ Process all incoming and outgoing packages, including customer curbside pick-up orders, ship from store, buy online pickup in store, in a timely manner.
+ Perform prompt and accurate stock checks, while maintaining an organized and efficient stockroom.
+ Greet and receive customers in a welcoming manner, respond to customer questions, and involve higher level management, as appropriate.
+ Assist in preparing the stockroom for inventory and perform assigned inventory duties.
+ Possess a complete understanding of applicable company systems, policies and procedures.
+ Maintain an awareness of loss prevention, security and safety following the guidelines provided by management or the Human Resources Department and/or as outlined in the Associate Policy Guide.

+ Ability to work in a flexible environment, shift quickly as our business evolves, and focus on continuous learning.
+ Ability to move merchandise up to 65 lbs

Key Roles/ Responsibilities
- To set the expectations of how to operate the stockroom with the team
Ensure exceptional level of customer service by supporting the sales team
Adherence to all company policy, procedures, and guidelines
Perform POS functions on designated shifts
Analyze and review stockroom indicators and performance to improve efficiency and store results.
Consistently prioritize tasks and deadlines in the context of global business and commercial needs
To be familiar with the products of each season - collection, initial order, colours, sizes, etc.
To use the different product lists for managing the stockroom (pending packages, transmission, initial order, etc.)
To be able to recommend alternative garments when out of stock items are requested
Responsible for controlling and monitoring stockroom materials - alarms, RFID equipment, adhesive tape, etc.
Reorganize stockroom space in an optimal manner according to the stage of the season and store needs start of the season, sale period, etc.
Carry out the re-labelling of garments as required (sale period, promotions, etc.)

REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

- Available for varied shifts including weekend, closing and holiday shifts Ability to receive feedback from management and peers

- RFID operations an asset. Ability to work a flex schedule (which includes nights, weekend and holiday availability)
- Ability to bend, lift, open and move product and fixtures up to 50 lbs., as needed
- Ability to climb step stools and ladders
- Ability to stand/walk for long periods at a time
- Possess manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
- Ability to travel to other store locations (if needed) and attend district meetings
- This position involves constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing and standing for long periods of time.

The Inventory Controller is located on site and typically reports directly to the Facility Manager.
Inventory Controllers plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate inventory for facility needs.
Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Maintaining and updating required inventory levels for goods, products, and Materials
- Manage and maintain customers Inventory Control Program (WASP)
- Conducting quality checks on stored inventory to comply with company standards
- Processing and documenting returned items
- Implementing inventory management procedures and processing invoices
- Performing clerical functions such as answering calls, entering data into computers, and helping customers
- Monitoring inventory losses and implementing loss-prevention programs
- Ordering inventory from vendors and suppliers

- MS Office (Word, Excel, Project)
- JD Edwards knowledge would be considered an asset
- Valid Ontario G Driver's License is required
