As a **Store Supervisor**, you’ll be the right-hand to the Store Manager and a key driver of team spirit, top-tier service, and smooth daily operations.
* **Lead & Motivate** – Inspire your team and bring the good vibes. Foster a supportive and high-energy atmosphere.
* **Deliver “Legendary” Service** – Ensure every guest leaves smiling, with a smoothie in hand and a great experience to remember.
* **Be the Go-To Communicator** – Keep the flow going by coordinating between team members and the Store Manager.
* **Stay Cool Under Pressure** – Tackle challenges with a calm and positive approach, especially during those busy rushes!
* **Keep Operations on Point** – Help implement company procedures, maintain high standards, and look for ways to improve every day.
* **Build Customer Connections** – Be a friendly face in the community and get to know the regulars (they’ll love you for it).
