  • Facilitate IBP Process

  • Provide Strategic Insights

Deliver data-driven recommendations to senior leadership, leveraging IBP and program performance metrics to inform strategic decisions and capitalize on market opportunities.


  • Industry-Specific Focus

Stay informed on trends and challenges in the CPG industry, particularly in dairy, such as supply chain disruptions, sustainability initiatives, and evolving consumer preferences.   • Lead Lactalis Canada Program Management

Create and lead a comprehensive IBP framework that integrates divisions (Commercial strategy & Marketing), sales, finance / management control, and supply chain functions to align with strategic goals. Address dairy-specific challenges, such as milk supply, managing perishable inventory, optimizing milk utilization, and minimizing waste. Build IBP Components by overseeing marketing, commercial, supply chain, and financial IBP components building and maintenance, collaborating closely with the key cross-functional stakeholders. Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor the effectiveness of the IBP process.


  • Create a Single Version of Truth – Streamline input processes

Establish comprehensive, data-driven business plans that serve as a unified, reliable foundation for decision-making across the organization. Streamline data inputs and processes to ensure accuracy, integrity, and timeliness, fostering transparency and trust while reducing inefficiencies in planning cycles.


  • Facilitate IBP Process

Facilitate monthly IBP meetings with key stakeholders and leadership to review performance, identify gaps, and develop action plans. Ensure all plans, action items, and decisions are effectively communicated and integrated into subsequent process steps. Drive consensus-building and decision-making to address planning discrepancies and capitalize on business opportunities. Prepare and present regular performance reports and dashboards to senior leadership.


  • Collaborate with Supply Chain and Operations

Work closely with supply chain and operations teams to ensure integration into IBP processes of alignment of production with demand forecasts, optimization of logistics, distribution, and inventory to ensure product freshness, minimize losses, and enhance customer satisfaction while reducing costs.


  • Integrate Innovation and New Product Development

Integrate new product launches and innovation pipelines into IBP processes, ensuring alignment with market trends, consumer preferences, and commercial strategies.


  • Technology Adoption

Champion the use of advanced IBP tools, to enhance planning accuracy and efficiency. Leverage technology to optimize milk utilization, manage perishable goods, and ensure compliance with food safety standards.


  • Stakeholder Engagement

Engage with key stakeholders across functions to ensure buy-in and alignment on IBP initiatives. Foster a collaborative environment that breaks down silos and encourages cross-functional communication.


  • Provide Strategic Insights

Deliver data-driven recommendations to senior leadership, leveraging IBP and program performance metrics to inform strategic decisions and capitalize on market opportunities.


  • Industry-Specific Focus

Stay informed on trends and challenges in the CPG industry, particularly in dairy, such as supply chain disruptions, sustainability initiatives, and evolving consumer preferences. Incorporate sustainability metrics into business planning to align with consumer and regulatory expectations when relevant.


  • Lead Lactalis Canada Program Management

Lead Lactalis Canada Program Management, closely working with functional and divisional Project Management offices. ADP est à la recherche d'une personne hautement qualifiée et expérimentée pour occuper le poste de Directeur ou Directrice, Planification stratégique de la capacité du personnel. Le ou la titulaire du poste sera responsable de façonner et de mener la stratégie de gestion du personnel d'ADP et de diriger une équipe de spécialistes en vue d'optimiser la productivité et d'améliorer la satisfaction de la clientèle. Il ou elle devra également assurer l'agilité des centres de services et de mise en œuvre et la mobilisation efficace des ressources.
Le ou la titulaire du poste sera responsable d'élaborer et de mettre en œuvre des stratégies concernant le personnel, de veiller à la répartition optimale des ressources et d'ajuster les plans de dotation selon les objectifs de l'entreprise, en mettant l'accent sur la prévision, la gestion de la capacité ainsi que l'acquisition et la rétention des talents. De plus, cette personne aura pour objectif de faire en sorte qu'ADP dispose des ressources et des capacités nécessaires pour répondre aux demandes actuelles et futures, d'optimiser les processus, de réduire les coûts et de soutenir la croissance à long terme en repérant les goulots d'étranglement potentiels et en proposant des stratégies d'affectation des ressources.

**RESPONSABILITÉS ESSENTIELLES**
**Planification stratégique :**
- Élaborer et mettre en œuvre un plan stratégique complet de capacité du personnel conforme à la stratégie d'affaires générale de l'entreprise.
- Effectuer régulièrement des analyses de la demande et de l'offre du personnel pour repérer les occasions et les lacunes potentielles en matière de capacité.
- Élaborer des stratégies de dotation pour des centres de contact multisites, multicanaux, bilingues et aux compétences multiples, en tenant compte de la croissance, des demandes saisonnières et des cycles récurrents.
- Développer et maintenir un modèle robuste de planification du personnel incluant des outils et des techniques de prévision.
- Collaborer avec la direction pour comprendre ses besoins en matière de personnel et assurer la conformité aux objectifs stratégiques.
- Créer et mettre en œuvre une stratégie de communication pour la haute direction en vue d'aborder les risques liés aux niveaux de service et à la dotation en personnel.
- Diriger l'élaboration de la stratégie d'affaires de la gestion du personnel et des exigences liées aux nouveaux systèmes, aux améliorations et aux mises en œuvre de produits.
**Planification de la capacité :**
- Concevoir et maintenir des modèles de planification de la capacité pour garantir des niveaux de dotation optimaux.
- Mener les réunions de prévision et de planification de la capacité avec les dirigeants de tous les secteurs d'activité de l'entreprise.
- Analyser la capacité actuelle du personnel et repérer les pratiques non efficaces et les goulots d'étranglement potentiels.
- Élaborer et mettre en œuvre des stratégies visant à rehausser la capacité du personnel, à optimiser l'affectation des ressources et à améliorer la productivité, et tenant compte d'aspects tels que l'ajustement de la dotation, le développement des compétences et l'amélioration des processus.
- Surveiller le rendement de la capacité du personnel et cerner les améliorations possibles.
- Diriger l'équipe de prévision pour examiner et analyser les prévisions mises à jour en fonction des tendances historiques.
**Gestion des talents :**
- Repérer et combler les lacunes en matière de compétences du personnel.
- Élaborer et mettre en œuvre des stratégies de gestion des talents, en ce qui concerne notamment les programmes de recrutement, de formation et de développement.
- Veiller à ce que le personnel détienne les compétences nécessaires pour atteindre les objectifs d'affaires.
**Collaboration et communication :**
- Établir des relations solides avec les dirigeants et les partenaires des RH.
- Communiquer les stratégies et les initiatives de planification de la capacité du personnel de manière efficace.
- Faire office de spécialiste dans les domaines de la planification de la capacité du personnel et de la gestion des talents.
- Favoriser un environnement inclusif qui encourage la contribution des membres de l'équipe afin d'améliorer la précision des prévisions et de la planification des horaires pour tous les canaux.
**POUR RÉUSSIR DANS LE CADRE DE CE RÔLE : Exigences obligatoires**
- Baccalauréat en commerce ou dans un domaine connexe
- Expérience d'au moins huit ans dans un poste de direction en gestion de la capacité du personnel et en planification
- Expérience approfondie dans les domaines de la gestion de la capacité du personnel et de la planification
- Solides aptitudes pour l'analyse et la résolution de problèmes
- Expérience en analyse de données et en production de rapports
- Excellente capacité à communiquer oralement et par écrit avec des personnes de tous les échelons de la direction
- Capacité avérée à gérer des équipes virtuelles
- Aptitude à établir des partenariats de travail solides à tous les échelons d'une entreprise
- Compétences supérieures en leadership, en présentation, en relations interpersonnelles et en gestion de conflits
- Solides compétences en prise de décision; flexibilité, débrouillardise et agilité
- Capacité d'adaptation au changement et de mise en œuvre rapide et conforme aux objectifs de l'entreprise
- Maîtrise des logiciels et outils de planification du personnel
