We are seeking an Administrative Student, for our BC Region district, within our Canadian Buildings Division that is available for 4-12 months starting in **January 2026** . This position will be under the direct supervisor of the Project Manager.
Here's how an Administrative Student for our BC Region office contributes to our team:
**Responsibilities**
+ Fielding telephone calls, filing, and data entry, typing of various correspondence and formatting of documents.
+ Filling in for office receptionist as required (multi-line switchboard with paging system).
+ Performing a variety of Internet research functions.
+ Preparing word documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
+ Calendar management and support for managers.
+ Assisting with board meeting preparation (i.e. coordination of information, preparing tabs, distribution of board material, room setup, and beverage/food setup).
+ Assisting with overflow work from other administrative staff.
+ Handling incoming/outgoing mail - relief in mailroom as required.
+ Maintaining office supply inventory and orders as appropriate.

+ Must be proficient on the computer and have intermediate skills in MS software (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

+ Produces visually compelling media material for internal and external audiences, including videos, photography and graphic design, to support content creation, brochures, presentations, proposals and other marketing collateral as required.

+ Superior skills in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) and other digital media.
