**Responsibilities:**
- Operate the cash register
- Greet and interact with customers
- Maintain the appearance of the store
- Stock shelves and pack food as required
- Answer phone, takes orders for special request
- Process donation requests
- Ensure that the store is never left unattended, one person present at all times
- Respond to customer complaints and comments
- Package product as required
- Back up the Lead when required
- Adhere to all applicable job procedures as outlined in SOP manual
- Adhere to GMPs and Health and Safety rules as outlined in employee handbook
- Adhere to food safety practices and ensure they are being followed
Follow all GMPs including maintaining personal hygiene, handwashing/sanitizing hands, clean up spills (i.e.: ingredients, water, debris and wood)
Report any foreign material findings to your supervisor
As part of food security, report any unusual people or behaviours to your supervisor
- Perform all other duties assigned
**Qualifications:**
- Strong front-line customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal & written)
