**What are your contributions to the team?**
+ Identify project execution's root causes and their mitigation plan, identify risk and opportunities, develop project business case, gain stakeholder alignment and recommend prioritization of solutions for projects assigned to the portfolio;
+ Develop, track and report on project achievements and tasks in close collaboration with assigned teams (incl. Finances, Planning, Operations, Program, Engineering and Methods);
+ Coordinate and lead the executive portfolio governance of Bombardier's Planning and Methods team, used to identify risks & opportunities, develop/optimize project business cases, accelerate project execution and foster alignment to project scope and results;
+ Communicate project strategy, updates, escalation of risks/issues to multiple levels of management, including executive leadership teams across the organization;
+ Lead and influence cross-functional project members to ensure the project execution meets the established schedule and budget;
+ Coordinate the inventory management process optimization across all sites, including the identification of risk and opportunities on a 5 year horizon, the analysis of their impact on inventory and their reporting at executive level;
+ Coordinate between all teams the activities to establish and maintain the roadmap for inventory reduction projects aligned with corporate mandates, including their business case development, their approval and execution kick-off within the strategic project portfolio;
+ Coordinate activities pertaining to the evaluation of the list of production support initiatives as well as their prioritization based on amongst others their operational benefits, criticality and maturity, ensure the coordination of the quarterly re-evaluation and re-prioritization of this list, and ensure the monitoring of retained projects' approval and execution;
+ Coordinate the human resources management process optimization for the Bombardier Planning and Methods team, including the identification of risk and opportunities on a 5 year horizon, the analysis of their impact and their reporting at executive level;
+ Establish, coordinate and prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly executive reviews related to portfolio management (incl. project execution and budgetary planning/tracking), inventory management and human resources management;
+ Be accountable for the timely delivery of high-quality deliverables and reports for audiences at all levels of the organization within Bombardier;
+ Develop trusted relationships with partners (Finances, Planning, Operations, Program, Engineering and Methods) to help develop portfolio strategies and action plans that enable business success;
**How to thrive in this role? Skills, knowledge & experience?:**
+ You have a minimum of 5 years experience in aerospace or complex product industry, ideally in, but not limited to, project/portfolio management, inventory management, engineering, operations and/or accounting finance;
+ You are a highly organized individual (PMP certification is an asset);
+ You have a strong business acumen, a good understanding of financial statements and can proactively identify and validate consistencies and accuracy of financial information;
+ You have demonstrated ability to improve the efficiency of business processes with both technology and process improvement methodologies (Microsoft Office suite proficiency required, VBA and Power BI skillset is an asset);
+ You are comfortable interacting/presenting to all levels of management;
+ You are driving for results and taking initiatives to achieve personal and team objectives;
+ You have strong oral and written communication skills in both English and French;

- Create and manage part numbers in the MRP/ERP system, ensuring proper categorization, traceability, and accuracy.
- Support direct and indirect procurement activities by creating and managing purchase orders, ensuring alignment with operational timelines.
- Ensure standardized structuring of bills of materials (BOMs) and product master data across all product families.
- Perform in-depth analysis of supply chain data such as inventory levels, lead times, supplier performance, and order fulfillment to generate insights and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Develop and maintain a framework to define, calculate, and track key supply chain and operations KPIs (e.g., OTIF, inventory turns, forecast accuracy, PO cycle time).
- Build and maintain dashboards to visualize key performance indicators and trends using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
- Use data-driven insights to identify inefficiencies, recommend corrective actions, and support cross-functional teams in improving operational outcomes.
- Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency by performing regular audits and validations; implement processes to prevent errors at the source.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve data workflows and automate routine reporting processes for increased efficiency.
- Act as a key support resource for procurement, planning, and operations teams by delivering timely and accurate data and resolving discrepancies.
- CEGEP diploma (DEC), DEP, professional certification, or equivalent in a related field such as supply chain, operations, or data analytics.
- Proven experience in data analysis, KPI development, and dashboard creation within a supply chain or operations environment.
- Proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems and experience in managing part master data and procurement-related records.
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Ability to handle large datasets and present actionable insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

In this position, you will be responsible for:
As an Implementation and Business process-focused Application Specialist in our Professional Services department, you’ll drive the data collection and configuration of the Tecsys solution collaborating with the project team to identify customer needs and define business processes. Teamwork is essential to what we do! You’ll build an on-site rapport with customers to guide them in their integration of the Tecsys software. Thanks to your application knowledge (we’ll train you!), consulting acumen, people skills, and supply chain expertise you will be a key contributor to a successful implementation.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of direct software implementation and consulting experience working at a consulting or software company or
- 5+ years of being a product/solution specialist with direct software implementation experience working on the customer side
- Demonstrated experience working in/with:
- Inventory, distribution management and/or ERP supply chain software implementations
- Business process requirement definition, software configuration, data loading, testing, and training
- You also have operational experience and knowledge in one or more of the following areas:
- Inventory and Order Management
- Forecasting, Demand & Supply Planning
- General Ledger, A/P, A/R, Chart of Accounts & Financial Statements
- Logistical Activities
- Bachelor's degree
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting aptitude
- Flexibility and self-learning ability
- Excellent writing and presentation skills
- Strong proficiency in both written and verbal English communication essential for effective correspondence with clients, suppliers, business partners and colleagues beyond the province of Quebec. This role also requires you to be fully bilingual in both French and English.
