The Data Marketing & Insights team is looking for a passionate market research specialist to lead our product research initiatives. As a Market Research specialist, you will be responsible for developing and managing research projects for all BRP brands globally (Ski-Doo, Sea-Doo, Can-Am). Working closely with the global product strategy teams, you will gather consumer insights, evaluate product performance and identify opportunities for innovation and optimization to drive data-informed decision-making. '
You will also collaborate with external partners to oversee all stages of research projects - from developing research plans and methodologies to conducting analysis and delivering insights. This role requires strong analytical skills,the ability to connect the dots between data and strategy, and excellent communication skills.
YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO

THIS ROLE IS A GOOD FIT IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:
Minimum 8 years’ experience across various market research and insights roles.
Expertise in advanced research methodologies (e.g. conjoint analysis, MaxDiff., TURF analysis, volume forecasting, etc.)
Experience working in a market research firm, an asset;
Proactive connector, able to liaise with all relevant internal stakeholders.
Naturally curious, self-motivated and obsessed with data integrity.
Previous experience visualizing and storytelling data for non-data audiences.
Bilingualism required, written and spoken English / French in order to communicate with internal and external stakeholders outside Quebec, or unilingual English on a daily basis.

This is a fully in-person role based at 340 Albert Street, ideal for someone located in Ottawa who thrives in a collaborative office environment. **What You'll Do**
+ Coordinate and complete ad hoc broker requests, such as creating market surveys or gathering lease comparables
+ Maintain and update CBRE's internal leasing/sales database by collecting and inputting data on newly available properties, transactions, tenants, tenants in the market, and new developments.
+ Perform regular maintenance and updates to property databases, ensuring that the data quality is in accordance with corporate standards
+ Maintain accurate property and availability information relating to all properties managed by CBRE entities.
+ Assist in the preparation and production of standard research materials and reports, such as ad-hoc and quarterly reports

**What You'll Need**

JOB SUMMARY
Reporting to the Research Manager, Innovation, Science and Climate Change (ISCC), the Research Data Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that the Inuvialuit Regional Corporation (IRC) has efficient/effective access to statistical data through collection, preparation, and dissemination. The successful candidate will focus primarily on expanding Inuvialuit capacity and knowledge of statistical information related to social, cultural, education, health, economic and geospatial data relevant to the IRC.
QUALIFICATIONS
Applicants must be/have:
- Masters degree with a specialization in statistics, or highly quantitative discipline (e.g., economics, data science, social sciences).
- At least 2 years of experience analyzing statistical data sets, producing summary statistics and research reports.
- At least 2 years of experience communicating statistical information with a focus on non-technical audiences.
- At least 2 years of experience preparing and cleaning datasets for statistical analysis.
- At least 2 years of experience using statistical software to analyze data (high level of proficiency required).
- Experience working with large administrative data sets.
- Experience modeling and estimating statistics based on small area data.
- Experience working with various types of data and preparing them into usable formats. Experience working with Indigenous communities and organizations.

The role is a manager research position and qualified candidates are expected to have at a university degree, preferably in Commerce. The candidate is expected to have a thorough understanding of manager research.
In assisting in reviews of investment strategies the Analyst will be expected to distribute and track the Due Diligence Questionnaires and keep the analyst team apprised of changes. The Analyst will work closely with the team on all aspects of manager research. The Analyst will handle tracking and collection of commentary to assist in the creation of monthly, quarterly, and annual deliverables.
The Manager Research Analyst will be expected to maintain and update key team information such as the Closely Monitored List and the Coverage List
The Manager Research Analyst will be expected to handle some communication needs of the team.
The role is expected to act as part of the Global Manager Research team and would be expected to regularly attend meetings with Portfolio Managers and report those engagements in a timely way to support the covering analyst.
The role will also participate in asset class research and is expected to be a contributor to an asset class team
Other activities as required by the team to ensure full coverage of all mandates overseen by the Team.
