Responsibilities:
- Work with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for system enhancements and process improvements
- Evaluate and optimize existing applications
- Collaborate with IT teams and vendors to implement, configure, and troubleshoot software applications
- Assist in integrating business applications, ensuring smooth data flow between systems
- Identify and implement automation opportunities
- Ensure proper tracking from initial requirements through design, development, testing, and deployment
- Develop and execute change management plans to ensure smooth adoption of new systems, processes
- Identify and address areas for ongoing improvement
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
- 2+ years of experience supporting and implementing change management initiatives
- Direct experience with CRM applications
- Completion of postsecondary education in an IT or business-related program
- Experience with automations and integrations
- Other preferred skills/experience includes: cybersecurity, Azure, DevOps, data modelling
