**As an Engineering Intern, you will:**

+ Must be enrolled in a full-time undergraduate or graduate program in an engineering discipline as listed below.

+ Must maintain a minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA (without rounding).

In this role, you will play a key part in preparing technical drawings and interior layout details for our retail stores, ensuring compliance with design standards, landlord requirements, and local building regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed technical drawings for retail store interiors using AutoCAD.
- Implement pre-approved design concepts into assigned interior spaces (non-load-bearing construction).
- Apply and ensure compliance with landlord design criteria and Level of Detail (LOD) requirements.
- Produce drawings required for building permit applications.
- Perform material take-offs and calculate required quantities.
- Prepare documentation for fixture and equipment procurement.
- Ensure construction drawings accurately reflect brand book guidelines and design team directives, and that final IFC, IFT, and IFP drawing sets are consistent and ready for the project management team.

+ Coordinate matrixed cross- disciplinary Engineering teams to assess work product or support requests, analyze plant system requirements, operations and maintenance goals, , equipment selection, phased implementations, develop list of clarifications and exceptions, prepare proposals with scope, conformance matrix and risk scorecard, work plans, cost estimates, and schedules
+ Support business and product line leaders in ITO commercial risk review process, marketing initiatives, bid proposal, and technical recommendations

The base pay range for this position is $112,000-160,000. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for bonuses, such as a performance bonus/variable incentive compensation/equity. This position is expected to close on 10/17/2025.

Our client are seeking a Technical Manager to oversee the technical aspects of our senior living interior design projects. As a Technical Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that designs comply with building codes and regulations, are technically accurate, and feasible. You will work with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that designs are coordinated with other building systems and constructed to the highest standards.
Responsibilities:
• Review and approve drawings and plans to ensure technical accuracy, feasibility, and compliance with building codes and regulations.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that designs are coordinated with other building systems and meet high construction standards.
• Conduct site visits to assess construction progress and address technical issues.
• Manage the technical team's workflow, assign tasks, set deadlines, and provide guidance and feedback.
• Ensure the technical team has access to necessary resources and tools to complete their work.
• Stay current on the latest design and construction technologies and trends.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in technical management in the interior design industry, preferably in the senior living space.

• Proficient in AutoCAD and other design software.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
