We are currently looking for a Junior Analyst, Systems Engineering to join our Platforms Team. The Platforms Team works on designing installations for Communication Systems within ground combat vehicles and other mobile structures. Communication Systems have become some of the most complicated subsystems that are installed with vehicle platforms. These systems require specialized knowledge and skillsets to design and qualify. The Platforms Team works closely with end customers as well as OEMs in order to ensure the systems are installed in accordance with our strict requirements and function as intended.
Your day to day responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Contribute to the development of quality requirements for products or subsystems specifications.
- Perform technical analysis and document in trade studies, technical papers, and interface or design documents.
- Participate in technical peer reviews by applying engineering knowledge and problem solving techniques.
- Begin integrating activities with System Integration and Development teams to enable comprehensive solutions.
- Solve problems by parsing the problem, examining options, gathering appropriate data, and performing analytical assessments.
- Explain and document technical analysis, assumptions, conclusions, and recommendations.
