We are seeking a skilled Systems Integration Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for documenting integration plans, working with Production and PMO to capture customizations in builds and deployments and integrating various hardware and software components to ensure seamless functionality within complex systems. This role requires strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and excellent problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install and configure system components (hardware and software).
- Integrate and install JSI systems and products.
- Perform initial diagnostics and testing of hardware, software, and network issues.
- Diagnose and repair product issues encountered during builds and installations.
- Troubleshoot and repair hardware (e.g., replace hard disks, power supplies, UPS batteries, printer maintenance).
- Troubleshoot and repair software (e.g., correct installation or configuration problems).
- Document and escalate technical issues (hardware, software, network, database) to the appropriate technical support.
- Understand and anticipate client needs, providing timely solutions to build and sustain positive client relationships.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and the ability to explain complex concepts.
- Remain calm, polite, tactful, and succinct at all times.
- Submit comprehensive trip report dashboards daily to identify problem areas.
- Document detailed Technical Implementation Plans.
- Update documentation of build and deployment procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Post-secondary education in Computer Science or related field.
- 2+ years Server and Desktop PC technical support experience within a LAN/WAN environment.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot OEM hardware appliances.
- Understanding of relational databases (MS SQL Server is an asset), Backup Solutions, Web Servers, Web Application Servers.
- Understanding of networking and power and cooling requirements.
- Experience with documenting procedures.
- Experience with racking equipment and following cable management plans.
- VMware vSphere: Certified or familiar with Install, Configure, Manage V7 & V8
- Microsoft Server - MCSE Certified or comfortable with 2019/2022
- Microsoft Windows 10/11 - MCSA Certified preferred
- Linux System Administration Level 1 or better Certified
- Cisco CCNA certification preferred but familiar with Cisco switching and ASA’s at minimum
- Experience with Dell and Dell EMC Hardware – Optiplex, PowerEdge, ME4, Unity and Isilon storage solutions.

The Extensions Architect works directly with several Dynatrace departments and our customers to design, develop and support extending our award-winning APM solutions. He/she represents Dynatrace as an expert in the practice of application performance management, providing customers with the means to extend the Dynatrace Platform along their digital transformation journeys. This is an architect level position, requiring more than just product knowledge and expertise. Extensions Architects have years of experience running integration engagements, from planning the architecture, to developing the implementation and handing it over to the end customer. + Serve as a subject matter expert on techniques and best practices for extending Dynatrace, combining product expertise with your skills and knowledge

**What are your contributions to the team?**
+ Work with suppliers on projects related to mechanical systems components on the Global 5500/6500/7500/8000 (Periphery, Cabinets, Window Shades, Water & Waste, Oxygen, ECS, Tables and Door mechanisms, Seats and Divan, Insulation, etc.).

**How to thrive in this role?**
+ You have a university degree in electrical or aerospace engineering or equivalent.
+ You have more than 5 years of experience. Cabin systems experience is an asset.
+ You have technical business aircraft interiors experience.
+ You have experience in dealing with Supplier base.
+ You have experience in design or integration of complex electrical systems in this domain.
+ You have experience working with electrical schematics, test environment and debugging electrical systems.
+ You have experience with AutoCAD or any relevant electrical conceptual software.
+ You must be self-motivated, a team player, able to work with a minimum of supervision and have good skills in project management.
+ You have good communication skills in French and English.
+ You also demonstrate initiatives, and you are responsible of your actions. You demonstrate a good technical judgement.

+ Review, analyze and understand customer specification documents.

+ Produce and validate electrical system definition documentation such as the electrical diagram.
+ Coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
