• Manage projects from initiation through closing phases, including assisting with proposals

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Project management duties including;

Job Overview

The role of an Architecture Project Lead is a full-time position in the company. Qualifications

• Masters degree in Architecture
• Has or intends on obtaining licensing an as Architect with the OAA

• Experience in multi-unit mid-rise / high-rise residential and luxury houses required. Experience in other building types and interiors an asset.

Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a Workforce Stages Project Lead to implement and lead a newly developed Workforce Development Proof of Concept project that will see clients enter a four stage employment journey. We're looking for an NPD Manufacturing Project Manager for Can-Am products. In this role, you'll influence off-highway chassis designs and define, as part of a team, how they should be manufactured. You'll have the chance to push our manufacturing strategies to the limit.

YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

• Promote the manufacturing vision to engineering to achieve manufacturing objectives (Safety, Quality, CTU, Capacity, Efficiency).

• Be responsible for executing NPD activities.

• Establish guidelines for the manufacturing of chassis and other mechanically-welded components for Can-Am vehicles, in collaboration with the team on site.

• Ensure the manufacturability of our internally produced components and optimize manufacturing costs throughout development.

• Maintain the Fab master plan, the progress report in SAP, and the status of NPD deliverables.

• Support the factories during production launch and improvement projects.
