Responsibilities:
As a Tech Lead, you’ll play a dual role: hands-on development and technical leadership. You’ll lead initiatives from design to delivery, mentor developers, and drive best practices across the team.

  • Define, communicate, and execute technical roadmaps in partnership with stakeholders.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of development experience (OutSystems preferred, but equivalent low-code or high-code experience will be considered).
  • Proven leadership experience guiding development teams and influencing architecture.
  • Hands-on experience working in agile environments.
  • Proficiency in at least four development languages.
Bonus points if you have:
  • OutSystems certifications (or other low-code certifications).
  • A strong personal story or passion for OutSystems.
  • Skills in RESTful services, .NET, C#, HTML, CSS, jQuery, and Microsoft SQL Server.
  • Solid understanding of UX/UI principles.

Role Overview

The Tech Lead will serve as the organizational-level technical leader, owning the technology roadmap, engineering standards, and innovation strategy across Pillway.

Key Responsibilities

Technology & Roadmap

Feature Development

Qualifications

Education & Experience-

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Technical Expertise-

  • Strong background in modern application development (React, Node.js, Python, or similar).

  • Proficient in cloud platforms (Azure/GCP/AWS) and infrastructure as code (Terraform, Chef).

  • Experience in system architecture, scaling, and security.

  • Familiarity with AI/ML concepts(LLM, GLM and trending frameworks) is a strong asset.
