Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled technical Project Manager to join the client service team. On one hand this is a client-facing service delivery manger role. The ideal candidate will be managing all client communications and driving overall delivery schedule, be responsible for designing and implementing innovative integration solutions that meet our client's technical and business requirements. This role involves working closely with clients, sales teams, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes. On another hand, this is a technical delivery role. The candidate will be responsible for driving and managing all engineering threads in order to deliver the project, and conduct technical hands-on work as needed. • 5 years of experience working on a passenger vessel with thorough understanding of the vessel functions and systems
• 3 years as a team lead Combination of experience and education will be considered.
• Experience in Marine construction
• Ability to engage and collaborate with systems, mechanical, electrical, and software engineering disciplines, as well as production and supply chain.
• In-depth understanding of the project delivery life cycle
• Familiarity with engineering change processes
• Familiarity with configuration management processes
• Familiarity with production processes, inventory processes, and ERP systems
• Knowledge of tasking and scheduling software (MS Project)
• Understanding of safety regulations and procedures in a maritime or offshore environment.
• Mentorship and performance management ability

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (technical and non-technical) with internal, and external stakeholders
• Fluent communication in English.

Working Conditions

• Constant standing and walking throughout the shift.
• Frequent lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs.
• Frequent kneeling, pushing, pulling, and lifting.
• Occasional ascending or descending ladders, stairs, and ramps
