About the Role
We are looking for a SAP Technical Leader – Finance who will act as the techno-functional expert in designing and implementing SAP FI solutions. This role involves leading configuration, integration, and optimization of SAP Finance and related systems within a complex enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead design, configuration, and implementation of SAP FI and related modules (CO, AP, AR, AA, PS).
- Provide technical leadership for S/4 HANA Finance and integration with Fiori apps and third-party solutions.
- Coach and mentor SAP FI functional specialists.
- Translate business requirements into blueprints, design deliverables, and prototypes .
- Conduct business process analysis , testing, documentation, and user training.
- Manage system impacts, regression testing, and support pack updates.
- Provide 3rd-level SAP FI support and troubleshoot complex issues.
- Participate in technology planning and SAP FI roadmap development.
- Ensure compliance with IT standards, version control, and security policies.
Must-Have Skills & Qualifications
- Post-secondary degree in Computer Science, Finance , or related field.
- 5+ years of experience designing and implementing SAP FI solutions .
- Hands-on experience with S/4 HANA Finance and Fiori apps.
- Strong functional and technical expertise in SAP FI , including integration with CO, AP, AR, AA, PS.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills .
- Ability to work with senior stakeholders and manage confidential information.
- SAP FI/CO certification is an asset.

**Summary:**
Provide guidance and support to EHS Specialists I, II, internal and external clients on EHS matters. Provide EHS support to the team, operations, and Pharmaceutical Development Services (PDS).
Ensure the site follows EHS regulations and practices. Establish standard procedures for the site and exchange expertise with other sites.
**Essential Functions:**
Lead all facets of the Industrial Hygiene (IH) Program at the site:
Development of IH sampling plans and sampling strategies
Conduct IH assessments on existing products and evaluates technologies to improve containment.

Lead Designated Substances Program
Lead Industrial & Office Ergonomics program

Develop and conduct EHS training: orientation, monthly safety talk and department specific training

New Project Risk Assessments
Attend Kick-Off Meetings and ongoing Project Meetings.

**REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS**
**Education:**
B.Sc. in related field
Professional Designation -Canadian Registered Safety Professional (CRSP), or Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH)
**Experience:**
Minimum 8 years of EHS experience in Chemical, manufacturing, or pharmaceutical industry
Minimum 5 years of Industrial Hygiene training/experience
Previous experience conducting presentations / training for various levels within an organization and client or project management experience.
**Equivalency:**
Equivalent combinations of education, training, and relevant work experience may be considered.
