Overview
Mastercard's AI & Data Operations team is looking for a Product Manager to drive and materialize Mastercard's enterprise AI applications. Role
In this role, you will:
Set direction for how Mastercard will deliver AI tooling & capabilities to our employee base, for both internal uses and commercial products
Lead discovery and day-to-day conceptualization of the 1 -2 year strategic roadmap, focused on solving business and customer needs
Partner closely with Engineering and other technical partners to develop and execute a roadmap
Use process engineering to dissect internal processes, identify how to improve them through use of AI, and identify the minimum viable solution to drive impact
Identify potential short- and medium-term risks to AI modernization and lead efforts to address them
Represent AI Operations strategic position when working across functional areas, building relationships across teams to drive organizational goals, and influence direction across the enterprise
Establish quantifiable KPIs for each solution and develop processes to measure them recurringly
Drive adoption of existing AI platforms and gather feedback to inform broader strategy
