Job Description

About Sycle

Sycle is a market-leading global SaaS company with the mission of facilitating the delivery of better hearing to the world. Founded in 2001, Sycle has grown to become the leading practice management solution for audiology providers, with more than 65% market share. Our platform empowers hearing care professionals to streamline operations, free up valuable time, and focus on delivering exceptional patient care. Today, we serve small practices and some of the largest retailers across 13 countries worldwide. With a team of 120 professionals headquartered in Lone Tree, Colorado, and offices in Alabama, Vancouver, plus a global remote workforce, we continue to build and deliver tools that make a lasting impact on our customers.

Role Overview

This is not a traditional Product Manager role. Instead, you will lead a dedicated agile delivery team of developers and QA professionals focused on serving Sycle’s customers. In this model, customers strongly influence the roadmap and priorities.

The successful candidate will bring senior-level experience, maturity, and a strong technical background in SaaS products, integrations, and APIs. Equally important, this role requires a mix of backbone and diplomacy: someone who can manage complex customer expectations, build trust, and represent Sycle’s perspective while aligning tactical requests with broader strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Partnership & Alignment

  • Serve as the main point of contact with customers for product delivery, ensuring priorities and outcomes are clear
  • Build professional, trusted relationships with senior stakeholders
  • Navigate complex customer dynamics with tact, diplomacy, and strong communication

Product & Delivery Leadership

  • Lead a full agile delivery team of developers and QA professionals
  • Translate customer-driven requirements into actionable product plans
  • Balance immediate customer needs with Sycle’s long-term strategy

Technical Expertise

  • Apply strong knowledge of SaaS platforms, integrations, and APIs
  • Oversee projects involving multiple integrations and dependencies
  • Ensure delivery aligns with compliance standards (HIPAA, GDPR, etc.)

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing large, strategic customers with significant influence on product direction
  • Strong technical acumen in SaaS software, integrations, and APIs
  • Demonstrated ability to lead agile delivery teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to be both diplomatic and firm
  • Experience balancing customer priorities with broader business strategy
  • Track record of delivering high-value outcomes in customer-facing product roles

While this is a remote role, we are only considering candidates from BC or Ontario where the product management team currently has team members.
