About the Role

As a Technical Project Manager at Botpress, you’ll lead the charge on AI implementation projects from the first kickoff to the final handoff. You’ll join early sales calls to help scope the work, translate customer needs into clear technical plans, and then work closely with engineers to build and ship. You’ll often be the connective tissue across the entire lifecycle — from pre-sales through delivery to post-launch handoff with Customer Success.

You’ll be juggling multiple projects at once, each with its own set of challenges and stakeholders. Your job is to keep things moving, unblock issues quickly, and make sure customers feel supported throughout. It’s a hands-on, high-trust role where you’ll often be the difference between a good experience and a great one.

This isn’t just any delivery role — it’s AI. You’ll be working on smart, cutting-edge projects where every implementation is a bit different, and you’ll play a central role in helping customers get real value from the platform.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience in technical project management, professional services, or customer success within a software or SaaS environment
  • Proven track record managing multiple projects with external clients and internal engineering teams
  • Strong technical understanding — comfortable speaking about APIs, integrations, cloud architecture, and AI/LLM workflows
  • Experience in high-growth startups or fast-paced environments where adaptability and ownership are key
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to drive clarity and accountability across distributed teams
  • A proactive, hands-on approach with a strong bias for action and results
