About The Role:

Primarily Focused On:

  • Managing product implementation for different customers

Experience & Technical Requirements:

  • You have at least 5 years of experience as an independent Software Developer.
  • Part of your previous experience includes leadership in implementing solutions.
  • Knowledge of OTT domain and technology is considered strong.
  • Experience on interacting with the customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions
  • Your previous experience includes working with 3rd party vendors and tool providers for providing E2E solution

To begin a career with Defence Construction Canada (DCC), you must be a Canadian Citizen or a permanent resident of Canada. As a condition of employment with DCC, a minimum reliability security status clearance is required and some roles may require secret security status clearance.

Typically to be eligible for a "Reliability" clearance, you must have five years of verifiable background information and to be eligible for a "Secret" clearance, you must have 10 years of verifiable background information. About the Role

The Director of Project Management is responsible for the day-to-day leadership of FundyPros’ PMO—developing project strategies, standardizing processes, and overseeing the successful execution of construction projects across the region. This role is ideal for a results-driven leader with deep industry knowledge and a passion for operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and control FundyPros’ full portfolio of construction projects (budget, scope, schedule)
  • Oversee contracts and ensure compliance with project specifications and agreements
  • Resolve disputes with contractors and consultants
  • Develop project management strategies aligned with organizational goals
  • Create consistent standards and tools to improve planning, execution, and reporting
  • Establish performance targets and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Mentor and develop a high-performing team of Project Managers
  • Participate in hiring, training, and performance management
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders throughout project delivery

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in project or construction management
  • Strong knowledge of the drywall or construction industries
  • Proven ability to lead and grow high-performing project teams
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Strong understanding of project budgeting, scheduling, and contract compliance
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and project management software
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
  • Demonstrated commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement

Working Conditions

This role includes a mix of office and on-site responsibilities. The Director of Project Management must be comfortable working in varied environments, including active construction sites where safety protocols and PPE are essential.
