Nous recherchons des professionnels en entranement de groupe pour diriger nos sances fondes sur la science et la technologie. En tant que coach en fitness chez Orangetheory, vous avez l'opportunit d'influencer les autres devenir plus en forme, plus forts et en meilleure sant. Vous jouez un rle essentiel dans leur succs. Votre confiance en leurs capacits sera contagieuse. Et avant que vous ne le sachiez, vous aurez motiv les autres croire en eux-mmes. En tant que coach en fitness chez Orangetheory, vous serez responsable de coacher les sances d'entranement OTF et de motiver les membres du studio tout en les guidant travers des sances d'entranement prdfinies. Pendant les sances d'entranement, les coaches doivent tre en mesure de motiver les membres et avoir la connaissance et la capacit d'utiliser leur il Orange pour corriger la forme des exercices afin de prvenir les blessures.
DEVOIRS ET RESPONSABILITS ESSENTIELS
- Responsable de crer un environnement de studio OTF professionnel, positif, nergique et respectueux.
- Coach un minimum 6 sances d'entranements OTF prtablies par semaine, y compris les week-ends si ncessaire ou si cela est demand par votre responsable de studio.
- Responsable de crer une exprience de lobby avec nos membres avant le dbut de la sance d'entranement lorsqu'ils rejoignent la sance.
- Fournir des retours en temps rel et corriger la forme des membres au besoin pendant les sances d'entranement.
- Responsable de grer la configuration du studio avant et pendant la classe.
- Soutien lors de l'intgration des nouveaux membres et du processus de vente d'introduction.
DUCATION ET EXPRIENCE REQUISES :
- Doit dtenir une certification en fitness en cours de validit dlivre par une socit ducative approuve par OTF, telle que ACSM, ACE, NASM, NSCA, AFFA, NFPT, NPTI, etc.
- Doit avoir une certification en RCR/DAA jour depuis moins d'un an.
- Au moins 2 ans d'exprience professionnelle en coaching.

Required Skills:
- Professional and current teaching certification with a nationally recognized organization (CSIA, CASI, BASI, APSI, or other National equivalency).
- Proficient use of spoken English.
- Outstanding verbal communication skills with all age groups of guests.

- Proven track record in tourism guest services and as a team player.
- Legally able to work in Canada from November 2025 to April 2026.

Preferred Skills:
