Position Summary

• Sort and stack bricks on skids
• Work at the end of the line and stack tumbled bricks on to the skid
• Must be able to shrink wrap and label products
• Assist with yard clean up
• Assemble wooden skids/pallets together
• Operate loader machine
• Operate forklift as needed

Skills and Knowledge

• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
• Ability to maintain good working relationships with coworkers and supervisor
• Differentiate between the different types of bricks (size, color, design etc.)
• Experience operating forklift and loader machine is an asset

**Job Description**
Join a leading door manufacturer specializing in residential and architectural products. As a Production Worker in the Trim Department, you will play a crucial role in finishing products for one of our largest customers. The position involves handling products of various weights, feeding them into a trimming machine, and ensuring they are cut to the finished size before stacking them for the paint booth. This role offers an opportunity to work with state-of-the-art equipment and contribute to high-quality door production.
**Responsibilities**
Handle products ranging in weight from 25 lbs to 125 lbs.
Feed doors into a trimmer machine and adjust the machine as necessary.
Ensure doors are cut to the correct size, requiring product knowledge.
Stack finished products onto pallets for further processing.
**Essential Skills**
At least 6 months of experience in general labor, construction, or production environments.
Experience with repetitive tasks and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
6+ months of experience using a tape measure and working with saws or hand and power tools.
Reliable transportation.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
Machine operating experience is a plus.
Ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues.
Mechanically inclined.

General production workers at Canada Packer’s Lethbridge facility take on a variety of roles and responsibilities, including, but not limited to:

• Transport raw materials, finished products, and packaging materials throughout plant.
• Bagging and/or packaging of meat products.
