12 hour rotating continental shifts (Days and Nights)
This position is 100% on-site at the Strathroy, site.

- Performs assembly, disassembly, installation, repair, and fabrication tasks to maintain machinery, equipment, spare parts, tooling, and facilities based on technical documentation and standard practices. Diagnoses and troubleshoots mechanical and control issues, making necessary corrections. Also conducts system support tasks such as fuse changes, contactor resets, and calibrations as trained.
- Ensures compliance with Preventive Maintenance (PM), Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), and regulatory requirements while updating the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) with necessary information.
- Completes documentation (Work orders, Preventive Maintenance, Calibration forms, Validation documents, etc.) to current Good Manufacturing Practices/ Standard Operating Procedures standards.
- Executes assigned preventive maintenance and work orders as scheduled on time.
- Supports on-site contractors as necessary for preventive maintenance or project activity.
- Provides on-call support as scheduled.
- Maintains tools, toolboxes, and shop areas in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices/ Standard Operating Procedures standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
The Candidate:
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent is required.
- Licensed by Ministry of Skills and Development (442A/309A/Red Seal) is required.
- Completion of Tradesman and Qualification Act requirements.
- Currently Catalent does not participate in the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP).
- Candidates with non-Canadian credentials must provide an evaluation confirming the Canadian equivalency of the credentials as determined by the Alliance of Credential Evaluation Services of Canada (ACESC) such as WES.
