**Responsibilities**
+ Applies adult learning methodologies to deliver instructor-led courses or programs.
+ Collaborates with subject matter experts (SMEs) to design and develop curricula.
+ Assesses the needs of the participants and modifies instructional strategies.
+ Uses rapid authoring tools to develop e-learning to support instructor-led courses or programs.
+ Develops standards and evaluates courses or programs, and implements revisions to improve quality.
+ Provides company-wide support and consultation services on all matters related to learning and development initiatives at PCL.
+ Responsible for leading the analysis, design, and development of entry-level to advanced behavioral and technical training.
+ Manages the preparation of course materials, including pre- and post-course work.
+ Researches and applies best practices and industry trends.
+ Acts as project lead for assigned initiatives and programs and applies the principles of project and time management to track tasks/deadlines for self and a small team.
+ Develops and maintains strong, customer-focused relationships with all stakeholders.
**Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's degree in a related discipline preferred.
+ 7 years of progressive experience with training delivery and/or facilitation in a corporate environment preferred.
+ Ability to work independently or in a team environment in a highly matrixed organization.
+ Effective verbal and written communication skills.
+ Organizational skills, high level of detail orientation, and ability to multitask and prioritize conflicting deadlines. Has project management experience.
+ Knowledge of organizational change-management methodologies an asset. Intermediate-level business acumen and understanding of industry practices and new developments.
