**RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Gather and stage all required equipment and carts for assigned flights

+ Position catering units at aircraft and operate equipment in accordance with established procedures
+ Retrieve inbound carts and return them to the flight kitchen
+ Communicate with team members, flight attendants, and airport personnel to support operations and resolve issues
+ Comply with all standard operating procedures related to driving, equipment use, and aircraft servicing
+ Ensure all deliveries meet required timelines in a time-sensitive environment
+ Follow all safety, security, and personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements

**QUALIFICATIONS**
+ Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
+ Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment
+ Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen, random drug testing, and background check, including TSA and Customs requirements
+ Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry 50+ pounds
+ Ability to work from heights and in proximity to aircraft
+ Ability to stand, walk, and remain active for extended periods (8+ hours)

- Maintain accurate records of fleet operations, including mileage, fuel consumption, maintenance history, and driver performance.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate delivery schedules and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Manage relationships with external vendors for parts, repairs, and services.
- Respond to and manage emergency situations or breakdowns promptly and efficiently.
- Implement and promote a strong safety culture within the fleet operations team.
- High school diploma required; post-secondary education in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in transportation management, with a strong focus on fleet operations.
- Proven experience in managing a fleet of commercial vehicles (e.g., trucks, vans).
- Thorough knowledge of transportation regulations, safety standards, and DOT requirements.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in fleet management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with drivers, staff, and management.
- Experience with budget management and cost control initiatives.
- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are essential.
