Job Summary

This role provides dispatching services for on- time delivery of Distribution Centre shipments. The Transportation Coordinator coordinates the commercial drivers' day-to-day operations including scheduling equipment maintenance,

backhaul scheduling and reporting, yard/equipment checks and general dispatch duties. They will plan next day shipments with fleet and 3PL carriers. The Transportation Coordinator ensures drivers comply with the Motor

Vehicle Transport Act including Hours of Service Regulations.

This role will have an assigned Distribution Centre location in Canada and involves shift work.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Responsible for scheduling and coordinating of all fleet drivers and 3PL shipments for assigned Distribution Centre
  • Responsible for after-hours support, as required, for other Distribution Centres across Canada
  • Maintains compliance with all regulatory requirements and associated reporting (DOT and OSHA)
  • Monitor's drivers' hours of service via Electronic Logging Device
  • Ensures timely preventative maintenance for all fleet and driver equipment
  • Tracking and entering drivers' hours/ overtime via time and attendance software
  • Monitoring drivers' performance regarding safety and KPIs
  • Supports the day-to-day operations of the Transportation Department
  • Provide after-hours support for ad-hoc ERP schedule changes regarding store orders
  • Ensures on-time and full delivery service to stores using a Transportation Management System
  • Provide timely communication with the manager of all issues regarding vehicles and drivers
  • Other duties as required

Skills, Experience, Education, Certifications

  • Knowledge of DOT and OSHA regulations and experience operating in compliance with these regulations
  • Minimum two-year post-secondary education
  • Minimum 1-year prior experience preferred, within in the supply chain industry is desirable
  • Demonstrated Microsoft Office skills with an emphasis on Excel skills
  • Experience with routing software, TMS, electronic logging devices is an asset
  • Bilingual French and English is an asset

About You:


  • You hold a Bachelors degree in Transportation Engineering from an accredited university, you have registration in good standing as a PEng (Canada) or PE (US).
  • You have 10+ years of relevant and progressive experience in transportation planning and traffic engineering for roadways and highways (after receiving your professional engineering license);
  • You bring experience with traffic signal timing, capacity and safety analysis, traffic impact analysis, traffic modeling, travel demand modeling, traffic signage and pavement marking plans, traffic signal system design, and traffic management plans during construction, intersection analysis, traffic calming studies, pedestrian and bicycle safety, and safety audits;
  • You were involved in transportation planning and engineering projects for roadways, highways, and transit facilities; You are proficient in engineering design, including geometric design of freeways, interchanges, highways, intersections, roundabouts, and streets;
  • You have a detailed understanding of highway geometric design and traffic operations;
  • You are an expert in generating engineering deliverables that include traffic signal timings, traffic management plans, traffic impact studies, conceptual designs, and other supporting documents and drawings;

As a Supply Chain Buyer for TAG Hardware you are leading the purchasing and logistical activity of raw materials and various goods through ERP/MPR and Excel tools. Responsibilities:

  • Primary oversight of planning team for all production operations
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders for all supply chain requirements
  • Ensure timely receipt of raw materials into manufacturing partners to produce goods to plan
  • Relationship management for vendors and partners
  • Cost negotiations for service for supply and manufacturing partners
  • KPI management for planning and output management
  • Capacity planning oversight
  • Other as required
Requirements :
  • 5+ years in manufacturing - ideally consumer goods food, beverage, cannabis or related - as a leader in the operations side
  • Experience working closely with co-manufacturing partners
  • Oversight of planning, supply chain and operations as a Manager or Director
  • Strong technical skills with Excel and systems
  • Experienced leader and team mentor
Salary depending on experience up to 150,000+/-

**Job Title:** Supply Chain Business Analyst
**Location:** Vancouver, BC (Hybrid - 3 days in office, 2 days from home)
**Type:** Permanent, Full-Time
**Salary:** $92,905 annually
We are partnering with our client in Vancouver to hire a **Supply Chain Business Analyst** . This is a great opportunity for an experienced professional who is passionate about data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement in supply chain operations.
**What You'll Do:**
+ Analyze end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, logistics, inventory management, and supply chain planning.
+ Identify bottlenecks, cost drivers, and process inefficiencies; provide data-backed recommendations for improvement.
+ Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs using tools such as Power BI, or Excel.
+ Support the implementation and optimization of ERP systems and supply chain tools.
+ Monitor supplier performance, inventory turnover, and on-time delivery metrics.
+ Conduct market research and competitive analysis to evaluate supplier markets, pricing trends, industry benchmarks, and emerging supply chain risks.
+ Contribute to sustainability and responsible sourcing projects.
**What You Bring:**
+ 5+ years of experience in supply chain analytics, business analysis, or operations.
+ Undergraduate degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or a related field
+ Strong understanding of supply chain principles (procurement, logistics, warehouse operations, risk).
+ Experience in sustainability and responsible sourcing.
+ Hands-on experience with data visualization and analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and Workday Reporting.
+ Proficiency with ERP systems (Workday preferred), data visualization (Power BI, Tableau), and advanced Excel.
+ Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
