Sous la responsabilité du directeur principal de la conception d'expériences marketing, le concepteur principal d'expérience utilisateur jouera un rôle essentiel dans la refonte de notre plateforme existante qui héberge le blog, les forums et la galerie d'inspiration d'Autodesk, ainsi que des outils et des ressources destinés aux étudiants et aux enseignants. Le contenu de cet espace est non seulement utile aux utilisateurs actuels d'Autodesk, mais il sert également de base à la découverte pour les nouveaux utilisateurs, en particulier ceux qui explorent nos produits via diverses interfaces d'IA.
Ce poste exige un esprit stratégique, une pensée critique et une approche réfléchie de la collaboration et de l'exécution.

**Responsabilités**
+ Diriger les initiatives de conception d'expérience et aider à définir la stratégie en évaluant et en identifiant l'intersection entre les besoins commerciaux, les besoins des clients et les opportunités techniques
+ Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes de gestion des produits, d'ingénierie et de science des données pour explorer, planifier, vérifier et élaborer des solutions
+ Créer des artefacts de conception clairs et convaincants, des wireframes et des flux de tâches aux présentations, qui communiquent les défis actuels et les solutions proposées afin d'obtenir un alignement stratégique et d'encourager l'innovation au sein de l'organisation et entre ses différents services
+ Diriger les études clients et les tests d'utilisabilité tout au long du cycle de vie de la conception, en validant et en affinant les solutions en étroite collaboration avec les utilisateurs et les partenaires interfonctionnels
+ Faire preuve de leadership éclairé en facilitant la collaboration interfonctionnelle afin de résoudre des défis de conception complexes et de favoriser l'alignement entre les équipes
**Qualifications minimales**
+ Plus de 8 ans d'expérience professionnelle dans le domaine de l'UX/conception de produits et de la recherche client
+ Plus de 4 ans d'expérience dans la conception d'expériences communautaires/sociales
+ Expérience avérée dans la conception d'interfaces basées sur l'IA, y compris les interfaces utilisateur conversationnelles et la découverte de contenu intelligent.
+ Expérience avérée dans la direction d'équipes interfonctionnelles pour la définition et l'analyse de problèmes, la compréhension des flux de travail des clients, la création de prototypes et de conceptions qui résolvent les problèmes des clients
+ Expérience dans la conception de systèmes et de plateformes évolutifs qui prennent en charge divers parcours utilisateurs et types de contenu
+ Compétences avancées en prototypage, y compris l'utilisation d'outils et de techniques basés sur l'IA pour visualiser et simuler des expériences utilisateur à différents niveaux de fidélité, des premières maquettes et modèles conceptuels aux prototypes interactifs et à la documentation technique de conception
+ Compétences exceptionnelles en communication et en narration, avec la capacité de synthétiser des idées complexes, des données et des points de vue divers en récits clairs et convaincants. Aptitude à éduquer, informer et influencer les parties prenantes à tous les niveaux et dans toutes les disciplines, y compris l'ingénierie, les produits, le marketing et la direction, tout en défendant l'excellence en matière de conception et les besoins des clients

Hybrid work - one day/week in the office

We know that in the software industry, you can get most of your day-to-day work done outside of an office. We value the freedom and flexibility that comes from being able to work from home; in fact, we’ve been pioneers in mostly-working-from-home for over a decade, waaay before it was cool.

Job Description

As a UX/UI designer at Archon, you’ll have a big impact on how our products work and feel. You will lead design projects across our software platforms: web, Android, and iOS. You will be responsible for conducting user/competitive research, defining task flows and data hierarchy, and designing wireframes through to high-fidelity UI mock-ups. You will work closely with our developers, product managers, and QA to ensure successful implementation of the design.

What you’d do

  • Design UX/UI for our cloud software across web, Android, and iOS

  • Conduct user/competitive research to prioritize features and requirements

  • Define user tasks flows and data hierarchy

  • Create storyboards, sitemaps, screen flows, wireframes and mock-ups

  • Develop rapid prototypes along with developers

  • Verify design assumptions through user testing

  • Initiate your own ideas and projects to help us grow

What we need from you

  • 3+ years experience designing software product UX/UI.

  • 1+ year experience with Figma

  • User focused. You have a deep understanding and appreciation of the process of identifying users’ needs and solving their problems with functional and elegant design.

  • Working experience creating screen flows, interaction models, responsive layout and UI elements.

  • Excellent sense of visual aesthetics (colour, typography, spacing, etc.).

  • Demonstrated ability and comfort with industry-standard design and prototyping software.

  • Analytical. You are able to weigh the pros and cons and cost and benefits of different design solutions, backed by research and data.

  • An awesome portfolio showcasing your previous designs and processes.

Nice to have (but not necessary)

  • Experience with Origami or other prototyping tools

  • Experience designing for Android, iOS and/or React Native

Other stuff we’d be happy to hear about

  • Experience with business systems (accounting, inventory, CRM, etc.)

  • Close experience with small-to-midsize businesses

  • Experience in agency or start-up environments

  • Cool hobbies
