About This Role:
As a Container Vulnerability Management Analyst at TD Bank, you will be a member of the Enterprise Vulnerability Management (EVM) Governance team and will develop and implement technology controls and policies to ensure that the containerized technologies are built and deployed securely. You will focus on enabling TD teams and leaders to understand security risks coming from vulnerabilities in containers. Working closely with our partners in development experience and DevOps verticals, you will identify gaps in current processes and tooling, enforce standards and policies and track vulnerability remediation to mitigate risks. You will have an opportunity to present various reports, analyses, and assessments to functional, business, and enterprise-level audiences.
To succeed in this position, you will need to have a strong understanding of vulnerability management and risk management disciplines as well as technical expertise in the world of containers, including technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, Red Hat OpenShift, Wiz and any of the cloud platforms (Azure and GCP preferred).

+ Provide technical expertise and oversight for container scanning, container vulnerability prioritization, and remediation control requirements.
+ Be a lead contributor to enterprise-level initiatives pertaining to container security and risk remediation.
+ Effectively communicate critical vulnerabilities, their impacts, associated risk, and remediation priorities to cross-functional leadership teams.
+ Help build and enforce technology controls, along with container security standards to ensure best practices are followed, when building and deploying application containers.
+ Influence behavior to reduce risk and foster a strong technology risk management culture throughout the bank.
Job Requirements:
Must-haves
+ Bachelor's or Master's degree
+ 5+ years of experience in information security or product security
+ Strong experience with vulnerability management concepts, including identifying, assessing, mitigating, and reporting security vulnerabilities
+ Technical expertise with Docker, Kubernetes, platforms such as Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) or Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE), container registries such as Azure Container Registry (ACR) or Google Artifact Registry (GAR), Sonatype Nexus.
+ Experience with container scanning tools such as Aqua Security or Wiz
+ ServiceNow SecOps, including the Vulnerability Response modules
+ Working knowledge of CVEs, CWEs, risk treatment and remediation tracking strategies
+ Familiarity with prioritization techniques of vulnerabilities such as EPSS, SSVC, etc.
+ Familiarity with Azure or GCP cloud and cloud security.
+ Demonstrated ability to participate in complex, comprehensive or large projects and initiatives.
+ Ability to support technology controls and information security for project teams, the business, organization, and outside vendors.

What is the opportunity?
As part of the AML Risk Assessment team, you will support the development, implementation, and maintenance of a financial services' enterprise AML/ATF Risk and Control Assessment processes. These roles are critical to identifying and assessing inherent risks, evaluating control effectiveness, and delivering high-quality risk assessment products that support regulatory compliance and inform business decisions.

Risk Methodology & Assessment Lead
What will you do?
- Design and execute enterprise-wide assessments of financial crimes risks and controls across banking platforms, business units, and jurisdictions
- Stay current on regulatory and industry developments to update methodology and supporting documentation (procedures, training, communication plans)
- Develop capabilities for quantitative and qualitative assessment of inherent risks, control effectiveness, and residual risk
- Create and maintain training materials for AML/ATF Risk Assessment and Control Self Assessments
- Leverage AML expertise to establish and challenge risk ratings
- Perform expert analysis to identify concentrations of risk and recommend mitigation strategies
- Deliver high-quality risk assessment products to support compliance and business decisions
Must Haves:
- Post-secondary education or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in risk management and compliance
- Strong knowledge of AML/ATF laws and control environments
- Familiarity with banking products and services
- Strong data literacy and ability to interpret and challenge quantitative outcomes

AECOM is seeking a **Health & Safety Specialist (Senior H&S Officer)** to join our team. This position is based on-site, out of Mississauga. We are seeking professionals to join our team to help us build one of the most advanced, sustainable and passenger-friendly airports in the world.
**Major Requirements:**
The successful candidate will report to the Manager, Health and Safety on the Project. The purpose of this role is to support the project achieving top tier Safety and Security results. This involves interfacing across all project teams to establish solid relationships, provide leadership on Safety & Security elements, resources, audits, training, evaluation of own and contractor/subcontractor systems, analyze safety related data, and develop programs and processes for the continued improvement of Safety & Security performance.
To perform this role successfully, the individual will be responsible for but not limited to the following:
+ Implements the duties of the health and safety position they are appointed into which could include Onboarding & Training, Reporting, Incident Investigation, and coordinating Threat and Hazard Impact Risk Assessments (T/HIRA).
+ Provides subject matter expertise, advice, and guidance with respect to relevant health and safety matters across the program.
+ Works collaboratively with the contractor to confirm that the measures set out in the site-specific safety plan are effectively implemented.
+ Undertakes periodic assessments / audits and identifies opportunities for improvement and recommends corrective actions.
+ Provides management level reporting and identifies key risks and issues for escalation to the appropriate decision makers.
+ Coaching, mentoring, and supporting the career development of staff.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write reports and presentations, capture stakeholder input and present information
+ Strong interpersonal and facilitation skills with demonstrated ability to collaborate across departments and lead multistakeholder workshops
**Qualifications**
**Minimum Requirements:**
BA/BS + 4 YORE or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
**Preferred Requirement:**
+ Typically, a minimum of 7 years of professional experience in on-site health and safety role (inspection, coordinator, onboarding and training, and / or reporting).
+ Experience in working within construction environments, major infrastructure / aviation program experience is considered an asset.
+ Demonstrable experience in developing and implementing effective health and safety management plans.
+ Strong stakeholder management skills and comfortable in working with the owner, consultants, and contractors.
+ Diploma/certificate in health and safety and / or equivalent training experience.
