**Job Description**
We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Worker to join our team and strengthen our receiving area. This role is perfect for someone looking for a long-term position with opportunities for growth and advancement. The candidate will primarily operate a Stand-Up Counterbalance Forklift (Crown) and participate in various warehouse operations.
**Responsibilities**
+ Operate Crown stand-up forklift to move, stage, and ship boxed products.
+ Use scanners and tablets for inventory tracking and management, with SAP experience being a plus.
+ Support warehouse organization and efficient product movement.
+ Maintain high standards of safety and productivity.
+ Unload trucks using the forklift, with a flexible schedule based on daily needs.
+ Lift up to 50 lbs when moving products by hand.
+ Transfer products from the receiving area to the racking system.
+ Scan items and accurately place them into the correct warehouse bins.
+ Move products and pallets from the production floor to the racking area.
+ Assist in site clean-up to maintain an organized workspace.
+ Participate in order picking throughout the warehouse, initially handling simpler tasks and progressing to more complex ones with training.

**Essential Skills**

**Work Environment**

As **Warehouse Associate** you will be responsible for assisting in the distribution area with picking, packing, shipping, and receiving with a safety mindset.
**What you will do**
· Help with warehouse functions such as receiving/ put away, order picking, packing, and shipping.
· Pick via RF scanners with orders from rack pick slots
· Other duties include assistance with inventory counting and general housekeeping within the warehouse
· Pack orders on conveyor belts
· Use wrap machine and labeling of packed/wrapped orders
· Required participation in EHS activities including JHSC and worker representation
· Use powered equipment for various job duties
**What you will need**
· High School Diploma, GED or equivalent experience required
· License to operate Raymond reach trucks narrow aisle, pallet jacks and powered walkies required.
· We would require a class 2 license (order picker)
· Fall arrest certification.
· Previous picking or packing experience in a warehouse/distribution environment with RF scanners
· PC literate with AS400 and hand-held scanner experience
· Ability to lift 50lbs by hand and mandatory to operate manual equipment
· Ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, twist and crouch for long periods of time
· Ability to work weekends and have shift flexibility to meet the demands of the business.
· Assist in other areas as needed.

We are looking for an amazing Warehouse Worker  to support our growing team and company long term.

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for a HIGHLY organized, detail oriented individual to add to our Warehouse team.

Responsibilities:
 

• Following standardized procedures and policies
• Processing, packaging and shipping orders/ quantities as per order sheet specifications
• Picking items as required with HIGH level of accuracy
• Packing and wrapping picked items to ensure that they remain safe during the transit period, and affixing provided labels on them
• Ensuring all packaging meets company guidelines
• Ensuring the quality of product isn’t compromised when it leaves the warehouse and while it is being transported to place of delivery
• Receiving products delivered in boxes and shipments from various couriers & vendors
• Unboxing and ensuring counts, models/ versions/SKUs are exact matches to the invoice and packing slips.
• Performing cleaning and maintenance work on assigned warehouse areas to ensure that they remain tidy, and functional at all times
• Ensuring the timely and proper completion of warehouse processes as per guidelines

EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE

• Secondary/High School Diploma

PREFERRED PREREQUISITES:

Knowledge of Common warehouse procedures
Ability to operate a hand truck, pallet jack and other warehouse equipment
Highly comfortable/proficient on the computer & communication tools
Able to lift up to 50lbs and on occasion more than that
HIGH level of Attention to detail
HIGH level of Organization
Dependable Hardworking & Trustworthy
Able to work with little or no supervision

Job Type: Full-time
