Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Worker where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our daily logistics. You will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing loads, maximizing space on trailers, and using specialized equipment to manage inventory.
**Responsibilities**
+ Receive daily pickups and organize outbound loads.
+ Load trailers to maximize the cube space, completing approximately 10 loads per day.
+ Unload trailers, typically 4-5 per day.
+ Operate a Sit Down Counterbalance Forklift for 60% to 80% of your time.
+ Occasionally perform hand bombing, 2 to 3 times per week, for a maximum of 20 minutes each time.
+ Use an RF Scanner to process inventory accurately.
**Essential Skills**
+ Minimum of 1 year LTL or cross-dock experience.
+ At least 1 year of warehouse experience.
+ Propane Sit Down Counterbalance (SDCB) ticket.
+ 1 year of sit-down forklift experience.
+ Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience with shipping and receiving paperwork.
+ Experience leading a team or engaging in general labor.

**Work Environment**
The work environment is a 3-dock warehouse with approximately 20 people on the floor across all shifts. Each shift is led by a shift lead. Employees are required to complete TDG training before starting, which will be compensated with 2 hours of pay. Shifts are from Monday to Friday, with options for day (6 am - 2:30 pm), afternoon (2 pm - 10:30 pm), and night (11 pm - 7 am). The dress code includes a safety vest provided by the company and casual attire, with employees needing to supply their own safety toe work boots.

We are looking for an amazing Warehouse Worker to support our growing team and company long term.
ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for a HIGHLY organized, detail oriented individual to add to our Warehouse team.
Responsibilities:
- Following standardized procedures and policies
- Processing, packaging and shipping orders/ quantities as per order sheet specifications
- Picking items as required with HIGH level of accuracy
- Packing and wrapping picked items to ensure that they remain safe during the transit period, and affixing provided labels on them
- Ensuring all packaging meets company guidelines
- Ensuring the quality of product isn’t compromised when it leaves the warehouse and while it is being transported to place of delivery
- Receiving products delivered in boxes and shipments from various couriers & vendors
- Unboxing and ensuring counts, models/ versions/SKUs are exact matches to the invoice and packing slips.
- Performing cleaning and maintenance work on assigned warehouse areas to ensure that they remain tidy, and functional at all times
- Ensuring the timely and proper completion of warehouse processes as per guidelines
We are a small but growing operation with lots of opportunity for growth and development.
EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE
- Secondary/High School Diploma
PREFERRED PREREQUISITES:
Knowledge of Common warehouse procedures
Ability to operate a hand truck, pallet jack and other warehouse equipment
Highly comfortable/proficient on the computer & communication tools
Able to lift up to 50lbs and on occasion more than that
HIGH level of Attention to detail
HIGH level of Organization
Dependable Hardworking & Trustworthy
Able to work with little or no supervision
Criminal background check will be completed.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $18.50/hour
