**Position Details:**
+ Work Schedule: Monday - Friday - 10:00 am start
+ Compensation: $90,000 - 95,000 + 20% bonus opportunity
**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee all aspects of our warehouse operations including shipping and receiving of a variety of products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, optimizing warehouse layout, supervising staff, and ensuring efficient processes to meet customer demands. The Warehouse Manager will play a critical role in maintaining inventory accuracy, implementing safety protocols, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
**Job Responsibilities:**
+ Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of products.
+ Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to maximize productivity, improve efficiency and accuracy and reduce cost.
+ Manage and lead a team of 20+ associates and supervisors across an assigned production shift to include staffing, training, coaching, performance management and problem resolution.
+ Enforce workplace safety standards and procedures to create a safe working environment including reinforcement of safety programs, and safety meetings.
+ Ensure trucks are unloaded/loaded properly on an accurate and timely basis by overseeing workload scheduling and delivery of product in the warehouse.
+ Monitor inventory levels to ensure adequate stock levels and coordinate with inventory and procurement team around low stock items, seasonal swings, product returns, and customer promotions.
+ Partner with the Transportation Manager to ensure the highest level of efficiency within the overall operation.
+ Collaborate with other external departments, such as procurement, and customer service, to meet customer requirements and resolve any issues.
+ Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
+ Ensures building and equipment are maintained through supervising personnel in maintenance and repair activities.
+ Ability to operate powered material handling equipment.
+ Performs other related duties as assigned.

+ Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and experience in logistics processes.
+ Experience with inventory management systems and warehouse management software.

Position Summary:
Our Warehouse Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring compliance with safety and health regulations, and maintaining productivity levels. Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in logistics management, business management, or related fields would be an asset.
- Over 8 years of work experience in warehouse and logistics management including 2+ years of leadership experience and 5+ years of experience in working with 3PL.
- Experience in health and safety management is a mandatory requirement.
- Highly motivated, energetic, and capable of addressing issues with a strong sense of urgency.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and delegate work.
- Licensed Forklift and reach truck operator.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to report and recommend solutions to challenges.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in computer software (Microsoft Word and Excel).
