The Material Handler is responsible for the safe and efficient movement, storage, and delivery of raw materials, components, and finished goods throughout the facility. This role ensures production lines are supplied with the correct materials in a timely manner and adheres to strict aerospace quality and safety standards.

Job Title: Forklift Operator and Material Handler - Days
Job Description
Join a company dedicated to reducing electric waste by manufacturing high-efficiency transformer units and power distribution solutions. As a material handler, you will play a crucial role in receiving orders, verifying shipments, and picking orders. You will operate forklifts, particularly the counterbalance type, for 40%-60% of your day and utilize your skills in basic computer operations and ERP systems.
Responsibilities
- Receive and verify shipments accurately.
- Pick and prepare orders for shipment.
- Operate forklifts, primarily counterbalance models, to move materials.
- Ensure materials are organized and recorded in the inventory system.
- Maintain a clean and efficient work environment.
- 2+ years of experience operating counterbalance forklifts.
- Valid forklift driving certification.
- 1+ years of experience using ERP systems.
- Basic computer skills including proficiency in MS Office.
- Experience in shipping, receiving, and inventory management.
- Experience with RF scanners.
- Proficiency in using reach trucks and material handling equipment.

Work Environment
Work in a large, open, and well-lit warehouse with high ceilings. The facility, though a bit dusty, provides all necessary materials organized for quick and efficient operations. Your shift will be from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday to Friday.

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
