Otis Elevator Company is searching for a highly motivated Warehouse Manager to join our team.
**Essential Responsibilities**
+ Assist in managing 10,000 square foot warehouse space primarily used for tooling/spare part storage, safety/material supply and occasional cross docking
+ Maintain control over inventory levels in warehouse to meet internal and external demand of product
+ Maintain warehouse housekeeping and forklift general safety
+ Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene, and security
+ Receive incoming freight deliveries and schedule daily outgoing truck deliveries
+ Ensuring all tools are certified as required, ordering new tools and kits as needed
+ Manage incoming and outgoing hydraulic oil and ensure that oil waste containment process adhered to
+ Communicate internally with salaried team (GM, operations manager, service/repair supervisor, construction superintendent) and field employees (maintenance, repair, construction)
+ Support in ordering parts, material, safety gear, and uniforms through vendors (request purchase orders, receive invoices and pay for completed service)
+ Creating Purchase Orders and assembling documentation for New Construction & Modernization Projects.
**Education / Certifications**
+ High school diploma or equivalent
+ Certificate/diploma in warehousing/logistics is considered a plus
**Basic Qualifications**
+ Strong English verbal and written communication skills
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
+ Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
+ Ability to lift at least 50lbs
+ Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain a clean/safe warehouse environment
+ Strong verbal communication skills to effectively develop relationships with internal and external customers
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Valid forklift license preferred
+ JD Edwards (JDE) knowledge is considered a plus

While specific tasks may vary depending on business needs, the primary responsibility of this position is to ensure that all materials are accounted for, processed, and organized to meet Nova’s standards. Position Responsibilities:
- Pick, pack, and ship finished goods and raw materials accurately and safely to prevent damage while following established procedures
- Load and unload delivery trucks as required, including products from vendors; inspect and sign for damaged goods upon receipt
- Report discrepancies with any products being picked/shipped
- Accurately count, receive, and consolidate products within ERP warehouse mgmt. system
- Receive and ship intercompany transfers
- Perform accurate cycle counts of the product as directed
- Perform and maintain daily housekeeping of the receiving dock, stage areas, and warehouse in a manner that is organized, clean, and safe to work in
- Ensure the warehouse and offices are stocked adequately for daily operations
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with multiple couriers and drivers to ensure smooth delivery/return processes
- Participate in continuous improvement activities
- Receive and process RMA returns while following procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- A college diploma or degree in business, logistics, and/or sciences. Warehouse and logistics experience may be considered in place of a college diploma or degree.
- 2 Years of work experience; graduates from a post-secondary coop program may be considered.
- Strong communication skills with a proven ability to self-manage tasks and responsibilities.

- Loading of company vehicles if required
- Receiving deliveries and verifying quantities against purchase order and invoice
- Restocking pick lines
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized warehouse
- Load and unload products manually by hand and with material handling equipment (Pallet jack, Counterbalance forklift, power walkie)
- Maintain and organize inventory with first-in first-out rotation
- Operate bailer for recycling and garbage
- Other warehouse duties as required
Requirements:
- Two years of proven warehouse work experience is preferred
- Counterbalance forklift experience is preferred
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills and strong attention to detail
- Solid ability to meet all deadlines, and follow instructions and SOPs in an organized and timely manner

TheWarehouse Associatewill be responsible for the receiving and tracking of materials, hand tools and other supplies at our Yard in Fresh way Drive, ON. Often the first point of contact for our company with vendors, and working in support of our field teams, a positive professional customer service attitude is essential.
This role will report directly to the Fleet and Logistics Superintendent.
Location:Clearway's Yard 69 Fresh way Dr., Concord, ON L4K 1N3
Hours of Operation:7:00 am to 5:00 pm
Compensation range: $ 25-30 per hour
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for the receiving and tracking of materials, hand tools and other supplies. Often the first point of contact for our company with vendors, and working in support of our field teams, a positive professional customer service attitude is essential.
- Weekly reporting of materials requisitions and usage
- Receive and verify accuracy of incoming shipments, ensuring packing slips and other documentation accompanies deliveries
- Pull and distribute materials, tools, or other stock items in order to fill requests
- General maintenance of small tools (cleaning, fixing, testing, preparing)
- Sort and place materials on racks, shelves, or in bins based on size, type, style, color, or product code, etc.
- Assist in tracking and management of equipment
- Load and unload specific equipment and supplies on our trucks and trailers
- Fill requisitions, work orders, or requests for materials, tools, or other stock items and distribute
- Operate loader / forklift and other equipment, following all Health & Safety rules and guidelines
- Maintain clean work environment in the warehouse area
- Maintain warehouse security at all times
- Maintain accurate inventory records through the use of a computerized inventory system
- Vehicle/heavy equipment detailing as required
- Tow and backup trailer to set up solar panel
- Other duties as assigned.
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Minimum Education: High School Graduation Diploma
- 6-24 months experience in warehouse, yard or related workpreferred
- Intermediate experience in inventory management software experience preferred
- Valid Drivers License required
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including heat, cold, snow, rain, etc.
- Ability to lift 40-60 pounds
- Extended periods of standing, walking, bending, kneeling, squatting, etc.
- Detail oriented and comfortable with technology
- Literate and fluent in English
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada no work permit sponsorship is available for this position

THE ROLE
We are currently searching for a Warehouse Associate to work in our Meadowpine, Mississauga office! Under the supervision of our Warehouse Supervisor.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Order picking, packing and stock replenishment
- Check and receive or ship inbound/outbound orders accurately
- Process packing slips and required documents
- Process courier freight bill of ladings and required shipping documents
- Maintain good housekeeping practices at all times
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
- Operate and maintain the vertical storage system for parts, ensuring efficient storage and retrieval processes.
- Coordinate with warehouse team members to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines for order picking. Monitor inventory levels and assist with inventory management tasks such as cycle counting and stock replenishment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse, including the area dedicated to the vertical storage system.
- Assist in picking, packaging, labeling, preparing for shipment as needed.
- Collaborate with colleagues to streamline warehouse operations and enhance overall efficiency.
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS
Essential:
- High School Diploma/ GED
- Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain management (or related field) OR 2 years warehouse/ distribution experience
- "Forklift experience (Reach or Counterbalance) and certificate required
- Strong reading & writing skills - must be able to read pick ticket/ packing slips and process in a timely manner
- Ability to read, understand, and prepare all shipping documents including waybills, B.O.L, and shipping labels
- Experience with courier companies (Purolator, DHL, FedEx, UPS, etc.)
- Basic mathematical skills
- Proven skills in accuracy and attention to detail - extremely important
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Solid computer skills
- Complete daily assignments, meet deadline with accuracy, and demonstrate a sense of urgency
- RF scanner experience
- Experience using a VLM (vertical lift machine)
- Forklift experience (Reach or Counterbalance) and certificate
WORK ENVIRONMENT
- Work scheduled shift, Monday to Friday
- Fast-paced environment in a dynamic competitive industry
- Ability to lift 50lbs on a regular basis
