Job Summary:
Journeyman Plumber(s) required immediately for project, installation and commercial mechanical work.
Key Responsibilities:

We are currently seeking new or recent graduates to join our Management Development Program. This is a full-time, salaried position with a comprehensive benefits package and the opportunity to earn profit sharing.

The Role:
As a Management Trainee, you will progress through a 4 phased program to learn every aspect of how our business operates – from shipping and receiving, counter sales, operations management to employee development and more. Program Outline:

While building relationships with customers and vendors, and providing world class service, learn how to read blueprint drawings to create a quote of materials the customer will require to complete their project.
Phase 3: Account Management and Proactive Sales – With a focus on business development, you will learn how to find new business opportunities, how to sell our products, negotiate contracts resulting in expanding the customer base of the business, and creating level 5 customer partnerships.
Phase 4: Leadership and Operations – It is now your turn to provide a strategic vision, lead a team of your own, mentor others, and run the business by focusing on developing leadership competencies, supporting the team through coaching and mentoring, and setting vision and strategy.

Our Canadian business is seeking a motivated and skilled Senior Process Manager - Water Management to drive delivery of water treatment and water management projects in the Mining and Industrial sectors. You will lead multidiscipline engineering teams for concept, prefeasibility, feasibility studies, detailed engineering design and construction phases. You will work in a hybrid team environment to deliver projects to our clients here in Canada and occasionally for international projects.
The Senior Process Manager - Water Management responsibility will encompass leadership and delivery of water treatment and water management (surface and underground) projects across Canada, and occasionally for international projects.
The responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to:
* Responsible for the management of multi-disciplined project teams, including a hybrid blend of in-person and remote team members, to deliver a variety of projects from small to complex; from concept studies to execution phase.
* Supervise the production of technical documentation, drawings, reports, and other deliverables.
* Proactively manage scope and change management according to company standards and project requirements.
* Demonstrate creativity, foresight and mature judgment in anticipating and solving both routine and unusual project delivery, technical and client challenges, determining technical objectives and requirements, organizing programs and projects.

**Qualifications**
Minimum Requirements :
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering + 10 years' experience (ideally with an engineering firm) in studies and engineering design of water treatment plants for mining and industrial infrastructure.
* 10 years experience in Project Manager or Process Lead roles (within an engineering design team) for multi-disciplined engineering studies and detailed designs
Preferred Qualifications :
* Project Manager responsibility on at least three (3+) studies or projects with capital value +$50M
* Registered as a Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) in at least one Canadian province, or eligible to register within 6-12 months
* Registered as a Professional Engineer (P.E.) in the United States an asset

Offered compensation will be based on location and individual qualifications. The expected range is $55,000.00 - 260,000.00.

**Job Summary**
We are seeking a Project Manager with a background in Hydraulic Modelling of Water and Wastewater Systems to join our growing Water Sector. As part of our team, you'll be involved in projects of varying complexity, with opportunities to hone your technical and leadership skills and share your knowledge with a bright and creative group of professionals.
**Responsibilities & Qualifications**
**Responsibilities**
+ Build and maintain key relationships with clients (municipal agencies as well as industrial clients, developers and landowners) and industry organizations.
+ Identify potential project prospects and lead or assist in the preparation of technical proposals to support marketing efforts.
+ Successfully manage engineering projects of varying scope and complexity, including monitoring of budgets and schedules, allocating resources and maintaining positive relationships with clients.
+ Manage or support Infrastructure Planning Studies including Master Plans, Secondary Plans and Class Environmental Assessments.
+ Manage or support Capacity Assessments of water and wastewater systems in support of private development applications and public infrastructure projects.
+ Collaborate with other discipline leads within and beyond the Water Sector for business development, project delivery, staff development and problem-solving.
+ Train and mentor junior engineers and technical staff within the water and wastewater modelling team.
**Qualifications**
+ 10+ years of experience and expertise with modeling software. Software platforms include InfoWorks ICM, InfoSewer/InfoWater, SewerGEMS/ WaterGEMS, PCSWMM and other relevant platforms.
+ 5+ years of experience in Project Management activities and managing technical staff, with demonstrated ability to manage projects of varying scope and complexity.
+ Licensed Professional Engineer in Ontario.
+ ESRI ArcGIS expertise.
+ Strong hydraulic and hydrologic analysis capabilities.
+ Strong written and oral communication skills.
+ Municipal engineering design and construction experience a benefit.
+ Demonstrated experience of collaboration in a diverse and inclusive team, working together to achieve technical excellence.
+ Client focused, always striving to give clients the best solutions.
+ High level of integrity, always doing the right thing in an ethical, fair, and sustainable way.
**Additional Information**
TYLin is committed to pay equity. As part of that commitment, we have provided the base compensation range of $112,000-$131,000 annually for this position and local market. + Assists the Project Manager in planning, directing, supervising, and controlling the execution of technical, fiscal, and administrative functions of the project or study.
+ Prepares technical reports and documentation of activity for the client and project management.
+ Obtains, analyzes, and circulates technical and contractual information to project disciplines.
+ Lead and support proposals and business developments efforts.
+ Managing regulatory applications and approvals.
+ Complete field assessments, analysis and evaluations as required.
+ Provide quality control and independent review of deliverables.
+ Provide support for construction activities as project manager, project engineer or contract administrator.
+ Provide input to the career development of junior staff, including technical direction, training recommendations, coaching and mentoring

Qualifications:
