**What are your contributions to the team?**
+ Create, harmonize and track compliance to various schedules required to manage the project;
+ Coordinate and track to ensure major Supplier/BA deliverables are available on scope and schedule;
+ Manage priorities, and the communication and harmonization of these priorities;
+ Support Engineering Release (Drawings, Modsums, Documents, Service Bulletins etc), tracking and compliance to associated schedules;
+ Coordinate multi-site activities as necessary;
+ Produce governance visibility for the Project status and risks;
+ Actively support the Operational Excellence (BOE) departmental objectives;
+ Represent the Engineering team at various inter-departmental meetings;
+ Create activity and resource plans to support flexibility strategies and reporting;
+ Develop, improve and automate reporting and visibility tools;
+ Provide accurate status and data for efficient decision making;
+ Manage budget for ongoing projects within the extended team.
**How to thrive in this role?**
+ You have a Bachelor Engineering degree or equivalent with a minimum of 5 years' experience in aerospace;
+ You are educated and experienced in project management (A PMP certification is considered an asset)
+ You have knowledge in basic IT tool development (Excel/VBA, Access) to support analysis and compiling of data.
+ You have sound aircraft Engineering and/or Operations experience (asset);
+ You demonstrate a professional attitude and superior communication skills (essential);
+ You have excellent organizational, time management skills, foresight, accuracy, attention to detail and commitment to objectives and responsibilities;
+ You have a pro-active attitude and ability to manage multiple priorities;

**What are your contributions to the team?**
+ Contribute to the development and execution of the Engineering Talent Management Roadmap, with a focus on New Program Development, Sustaining Engineering, Aftermarket, and Defense sectors.
+ Propose and scope strategic initiatives aligned with the organization's 5-year vision, including detailed 18-month implementation plans, budget and resources requirements.
+ Lead key strategic initiatives under one of the three core pillars of the Engineering Talent Management:
+ Knowledge Management & Workforce Planning
+ Engineering Training Programs
+ Career Development Pathways
+ Influence and align cross-functional talent initiatives to ensure consistency with the broader engineering vision and organizational goals.
+ Communicate with Knowledge Owners, Fellows and other experts within the Engineering community to get their feedback and buy-in on initiatives lead by the ESM team.
+ Deliver data-driven insights and present actionable recommendations to the leadership team to support decision-making.

**How to thrive in this role? Skills, knowledge & experience:**
+ You hold a bachelor's degree in engineering, or relevant diploma with equivalent working experience
+ You have a minimum of 10 to 15 years of experience with minimum of 5 years in project or program management
+ You have experience at Bombardier in Engineering, Program or Defense and have knowledge of our environment
+ You have experience in project scheduling (creating, executing and monitoring schedule) and providing project status to all levels of management.
+ You have excellent organizational skills including the ability to handle multiple assignments and prioritize work in a dynamic and flexible environment
+ You have ability to lead teams informally to achieve the objectives, you foster teamwork by networking, discovering synergies and leveraging resources
+ You have ability to delegate tasks and activities while keeping ownership for the overall success of the objectives.
+ You are self-motivated, autonomous, enthusiastic and results oriented.
+ You have good computing skills and are proficient in MS Office, Intermediate Knowledge of Excel, knowledge of PowerBI. Sharepoint page creation and maintenance understanding are an asset.
+ You must have good written and oral communication skills in English.

**What are your contributions to the team?**
- Manage projects and engineering activities related to aircraft pre-production from aircraft specking phase to aircraft certification for completion platforms.
- Manage cross-functional teams in the establishment of scope, schedule and budget of projects;
- Lead and coordinate Engineering Customer Change planning, ensuring completeness and harmonization with stakeholders;
- Work closely with technical experts, business leaders, suppliers, and customer representatives to ensure adherence and compliance of projects scope, schedule, and budget
- Manage priorities between projects and activities, complete strategic schedule analysis, and communicate and harmonize these priorities;
- Identify and report on risks and lead risk mitigation planning and execution;
- Prepare and provide visibility of budget requirement / resource allocation;
- Prepare and present visibility reports for the various levels of the organization;
**How to thrive in this role?**
