Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and update website content using (CMS, e.g., WordPress, Webflow, Wix)
- Plan, write, and optimize high-quality, SEO-friendly blog posts, landing pages, and other web content
- Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies
- Analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs
- Identify and fix technical SEO issues (site speed, crawl errors, metadata, etc.)
- Collaborate with design, development, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive messaging and UX
- Stay current with SEO trends, algorithm changes, and digital marketing best practices
- Monitor and report on key metrics such as traffic, rankings, and conversions
- Liaise with Social Media Manager on content
- Develops and oversees blog, website copy, email marketing campaigns, and long-form content
- Manages and maintains website
- Ensures SEO best practices across web properties
- Provides data insights and reporting
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in SEO, content creation, and website management
- Proficiency with SEO tools
- Excellent writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail
- Experience using CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify, Wix)

- Collaborate with a digital content team, supported by in-house copy editors and designers to produce engaging digital articles and print-ready pages for multiple daily newspapers and magazines.

Role Overview
As a member of the Tress Lounge marketing team, you will be responsible for the development and execution of digital content strategies, creative direction, and visual brand assets that support customer engagement and business growth. This hybrid role combines expertise in social media content creation with professional-level graphic design, with emphasis on branding, visual merchandising, and digital campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube) with daily posting and content calendar planning
- Design high-quality graphics for print and digital use (e.g., salon menus, ads, loyalty cards, window visuals, membership brochures)
- Create short-form video content (Reels, Stories, branded clips) using tools like CapCut, Canva, or Adobe Premiere
- Design and maintain visual brand identity including typography, logos, and color palettes
- Develop digital ads (Instagram/Facebook/Google), packaging mockups, and in-store POS materials
- Collaborate on campaigns, photoshoots, and influencer marketing activities
- Monitor and report on social and content performance using analytics tools
- Respond to DMs and engage with the online community
- Stay up to date on graphic design trends, salon/luxury branding styles, and digital content innovation
Required Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in graphic design (agency or in-house) with a strong portfolio
- Demonstrated work in luxury, lifestyle, fashion, or beauty branding preferred
- Solid experience in visual identity design, including logos, brand kits, and printed marketing material
- Proven ability to create assets for both print (e.g., pre-press layouts) and digital formats
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign mandatory)
- Additional experience with Canva, Figma, or Sketch is an asset

As a Digital Marketing & Content Specialist, you will play a key role in developing and executing our content strategy while creating persuasive, growth-driven copy for our website, sales team, email campaigns, and other digital channels. JOB PURPOSE
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Digital Marketing, the Digital Brand & Content Marketing Specialist will play a key role in ensuring Mevotech is always the first choice of the professional technician. As the eCommerce & Digital Brand Specialist, you will be responsible for partnering with customer marketing and key accounts to understand how to further enhance and optimize Mevotech’s content to help win out against competitors at point of purchase. You will partner cross functionally to with the catalog team, customers and engineering to drive online product content and sales.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Partner with customer marketing to continuously optimize and enhance content and data to drive traffic to sites.
- Identify and provide eCommerce strategies and new ideas by customer to enhance Mevotech’s online presence, increase brand awareness, conversion, and sales.
- On-going catalogue and content sweeps for customer eCommerce sites, ensuring content is accurate.
- Work with the in-house imaging team to ensure optimal product imagery is available for all SKUs.
- Review SKUs by sales and advise on other key marketing support material needed to improve conversions.
- Determine how to further optimize Mevotech’s appearance on customers’ sites and product pages – which will include digital collateral, landing pages, banners, and other messaging opportunities.
- Review Mevotech products by category or SKU to ensure the products are being displayed in correct customer categories.
- Stay on top of industry and digital trends and identify product and brand amplification opportunities.
- Constantly analyse performance and seize marketing opportunities across customer sites to meet or exceed KPIs.
- Drive priorities in line with Mevotech’s customer centric mission - generating maximum exposure, conversion and sales performance from the Company's website and online marketing activities.
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 3-5+ years’ experience in a product/brand role
- Minimum of 2-3+ years’ experience within ecommerce
- University Degree in Business or Commerce, Marketing or equivalent
- Energetic and highly productive with a positive attitude and passion for online merchandising and eCommerce
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
