**What are your contributions to the team?**
**Profitability** **:** Collaborate in the management activities of the cost reduction project portfolio:
+ Sponsor the cost reduction project portfolio, keep the project list up to date, and ensure its prioritization.
+ Support the teams responsible for identifying, analyzing, and executing projects from a methodological perspective.
+ Produce the required annual investment budget and quarterly forecasts for the project portfolio.
+ Analyze the current figures and variances compared to forecasts.
+ Identify, discuss, and contribute to the management of risks and opportunities.
+ Approve projects according to established eligibility and profitability criteria and propose methodological improvements when required.

+ Test and approve the solution.
+ Define and execute a data verification and migration strategy.
+ Produce training material, train users and support change management.
+ Act as a super user and administrator for the maintenance and improvement of the solution.
**How to thrive in this role?**
+ You hold a university degree in management, finance, business administration, or the equivalent.
+ You have more than five (5) years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment (aerospace is an asset).
+ You are bilingual in French and English, have excellent verbal and written communication skills, and can influence at different levels of the organization.
+ You are proficient in MS Office and Power BI.
+ You have experience in learning and deploying new software.
+ You have experience in data management.
+ You have strong financial management skills, as well as strong abilities in analysis, synthesis, planning, and problem-solving.
