Physically review all on-hold product to verify accuracy, identify and address issues to the Warehouse Manager and to Corporate Office
Special Projects
Occasional opportunities may come up from time to time which require the expertise of the Inventory Control area
Qualifications
Required Skills and Experience:
Requires a post-secondary education in Supply Chain/Logistics or a related field, or equivalent experience
Ability to work well under pressure while working independently or as a team player

Strong interpersonal, customer service, presentation, and organizational skills to oversee staff

About the role

Some of your responsibilities include:

  • Ensure that Inventory Control operates in an effective manner and provides excellent service and support to the client.

SENIOR MANAGER OF EQUIPMENT INVENTORY CONTROL

We’re seeking a Sr. Manager of Equipment Inventory Control who will be focused on continuously and effectively tracking the production schedules of various body manufacturers and chassis dealers, ensuring compliance with the company’s equipment ordering processes. They will be responsible for the creation of flash (forecast) order reporting based on the annual operating plan, as well as chassis ordering, procurement and logistics coordination. What you have to offer:
u00b7 Previous inventory control experience (an asset)
u00b7 High School Diploma
u00b7 Certificate/ Diploma in supply chain, business administration or equivalent (an asset)
u00b7 Physical work including frequent bending, lifting, and reaching
u00b7 Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
u00b7 Ability to work in cold multi-temperature environment
u00b7 Alertness to other people and vehicles
u00b7 Must be able to operate heavy material handling equipment (i.e. single/double pallet jack) u2013 certification and training will be provided
u00b7 Various shifts including evenings, weekends and statutory holidays

Provide accuracy between listed products and physical quantities in the RSC. Investigate and report all irregularities and make the correct adjustments when required. Actively contribute to a positive and productive working environment.

u00b7 Cycle count product to ensure accuracy between EXE and the physical quantities in the RSC
u00b7 Investigate large adjustments as required
u00b7 Process store claims when required
u00b7 Investigate missed let downs
u00b7 Keep aisles and walls free of pallets of product and loose cases
