As a senior infrastructure developer on the ML Platform team, you will contribute to design and implement cloud infrastructure systems to support the scale and growth of our AI platform. Our team has built a mission-critical platform that trains thousands of models and serves over 100M model queries daily. • Élaborer et mettre en œuvre des solutions d'infrastructure afin de répondre aux besoins des clients. Cela implique d'évaluer les besoins des clients, de sélectionner les infrastructures et les services de réseau appropriés, et de concevoir une architecture évolutive et sécurisée.
• Fournir une expertise dans la migration des applications et de l’infrastructure actuelle vers le nuage. Il s’agit notamment d’évaluer l’état de préparation à l’infonuagique, de planifier des stratégies de migration et d’assurer une transition en douceur avec un minimum de temps d’arrêt.
• Veiller à ce que les solutions d'infrastructure respectent les normes de l'industrie et les exigences de conformité. Cela implique la mise en œuvre de protocoles de sécurité, la gestion du cryptage des données et la configuration de services de sécurité infonuagique.
• Collaborer avec l’organisation pour comprendre la stratégie organisationnelle et du service et convenir de solutions de systèmes d’information répondant aux besoins. 
• Estimer les coûts et préparer des analyses de rentabilité pour les solutions TI, en tenant compte de l'infrastructure, des licences, du développement et du soutien.

VOUS VOUS ÉPANOUIREZ DANS CE RÔLE SI VOUS AVEZ LES COMPÉTENCES ET QUALITÉS SUIVANTES :

• Baccalauréat en informatique, systèmes d’information ou étude connexe, ou encore, expérience équivalente reliée aux projets.
• Expérience d'au moins dix ans en TI, dont un minimum de cinq ans dans la conception de systèmes d'information.
• Expérience approfondie en conception et en mise en œuvre de solutions d'information avec une spécialisation dans l'infrastructure TI (architecture de serveurs (Windows et Linux), VDI, virtualisation, projets de réseautage).
• Excellentes connaissances des réseaux d'entreprise, de la cybersécurité, des systèmes de gestion des identités, de la sauvegarde et de la récupération, des outils de surveillance, et de l'infrastructure en tant que code (IaC).
• Expérience approfondie des technologies Microsoft (Azure, Sharepoint, OneDrive, M365, etc.)
• Connaissance des technologies infonuagiques publiques (IaaS, CaaS, SaaS, PaaS) exécutées sur Azure, GCP et AWS.
• Connaissance de la méthodologie Agile.
• Expérience dans un environnement TI industriel.
• Sens des affaires stratégiques, compréhension de la stratégie de l'organisation et capacité à concevoir des systèmes d'information pour réaliser cette stratégie.
