**Position Summary**
Customer Service Representatives (CSR's) are key roles in our Value Stream. This role will correspond with our global commercial team and Channel Partners. Processing customer orders, providing status updates on orders, and coordinating warranty claims and material returns. CSR's work closely with all teams in the value stream to provide superior service to our customers.
**Essential Functions**
+ Ensuring customer PO's meet compliance standards
+ Order entry and maintenance per standard operating procedures
+ Coordinating with value stream team to execute on customer orders
+ Keeping customers informed of any changes with their orders
+ Provide Order acknowledgments and other required documentation to customers
+ Addressing warranty claims, coordinating Return Materials Authorizations (RMA's) and Order Change Notices (OCN's)
**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**
**_EDUCATION_**
+ Related post-secondary education or equivalent experience is required.
+ A technical post-secondary or equivalent degree is preferred.
**_EXPERIENCE_**
+ 2-4 years of related experience with a proven customer service track record in technical sales environment
+ Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is desired.
**_COMPETENCIES_**
+ A Customer Obsession Mindset and passion for technical sales is required.
+ Demonstrated ability and experience working in a dynamic, deadline-oriented environment is required.
+ Excellent attention to detail
+ Ability to multi-task and or pivot where required
+ Excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills are required.

+ Familiarity with ERP Systems strongly desired. JDE experience preferred.
+ Working knowledge of industrial equipment, previous experience with a manufacturing ERP system and basic ability to read/interpret engineering drawings would be great assets to accelerate onboarding.
