Job Description

Reporting into the Talent Acquisition Manager, the Talent Acquisition Specialist,  will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and will play a critical role in maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates for the business units they support.  

What you're responsible for: 

  • Working closely with hiring managers to understand the specific needs and requirements for each role. 
  • Offering guidance and advice to hiring managers on recruitment strategies, interview techniques, and candidate evaluation.  
  • Collaborating with HR teams and management to align recruitment efforts with overall business goals. 
  • Facilitating the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.   
  • Promoting the company’s culture, values, and employer brand to attract the right talent.

Qualifications

Unity Technologies is looking for a dedicated HR Operations Specialist to join our team. HR Operations is the engine that enables success for employees, managers, and internal partners at Unity. We're looking for an HR Operations Specialist to help us deliver that goal and to be a part of our global team that ensures efficient, and compliant HR systems, processes, and employee lifecycle events.
This hybrid role offers the flexibility to work from home or from one of our offices.
**What you'll be doing**
+ Delivering high-quality service across key operations while ensuring compliance with company policies and international regulations. This includes collaborating with the Compliance team to update procedures, meeting audit standards, and mitigating non-compliance risks, ensuring smooth execution and an enhanced user experience.
+ Managing stakeholder relationships by providing clear communication and support, ensuring expectations are met and processes are followed accurately.
+ Driving process improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to streamline workflows and increase efficiency, with a focus on automation and system enhancements.
+ Ensuring data integrity across systems like Workday and Jira, safeguarding accurate records and consistent documentation, and contributing to the success of internal and external audits.
**What we're looking for**
