**Job Description:**
**Responsibilities:**
+ Provide consultation and advice to partners on a broad range Technology Controls / Information Security programs / policies / standards and incidents for own specialized area
+ Conduct project consulting on assessment of risk, definition of required controls, appropriateness of implemented control procedures, vulnerability assessments and any other relevant areas
+ Lead or contribute to completion of risk and control design assessments for an application portfolio, articulate and document impact of control gaps to the business and the overall Bank, risk mitigation and remediation plans, remediation strategy document as applicable
+ Contribute to the definition, development, and oversight of a global security management strategy and framework
+ Ensure technology, processes, and governance are in place to monitor, detect, prevent, and react to both current and emerging technology / security threats against TDBG's business
+ Develop on-going Technology Risk reporting, monitoring key trends and defining metrics to regularly measure control effectiveness for own area
+ Work proactively with technology partners / stakeholders and service/platform owners to ensure all technology security components are integrated into the bank's overall Enterprise Architecture, and any control gaps are addressed.
+ Consult on Regulatory compliance requirements, reporting and questions
+ Provide support and consulting in preparation for Audits and in composing management responses and appropriate remediation activities
+ Participate in computer security incident responses relevant to business (or enterprise wide) and represent respective function and Enterprise position to the business, and business needs to incident response team
+ Continuously enhance knowledge / expertise in own area
+ Keep current on emerging trends / developments and grow knowledge of the business, analytical tools and techniques
+ Prioritize and manage own workload to deliver quality results and meet assigned timelines
+ Support a positive work environment that promotes service to the business, quality, innovation and teamwork and ensure timely communication of issues/ points of interest
+ Identify and recommend opportunities to enhance productivity, effectiveness and operational efficiency

**Requirements:**

Who you are:
1 year of Canadian Police or Canadian Armed forces experience
Graduate from a recognized community college in thee field of law enforcement, security administration or related field, including justice studies, social service, mental health and/or healthcare
Minimum of two (2) years experience within North American security industry and experience in a related security function
Hands on experience with making or assisting arrests.
Eligible to work in Canada.

- Acts as an ambassador of the Airport Authority by offering customer services to the public.
- Maintaining and Inspecting company/client assigned equipment and tools (e.g. radio/cell phone, tablets) as per the standard.
- Assists management with OJT training and site familiarization of new Security Specialist recruits.
- Perform emergency response duties as per the Airport Emergency Response Manual.
Who you are:
- Minimum High School diploma or Grade 12 education.
- Minimum of Two (2) years employment with A.S.P. Incorporated and/or Three (3) to five (5) years of previous Security experience or any equivalent.
- Eligible to work in Canada.
- Must have a strong working knowledge of various security hardware, software, keying, and systems.
- Proficient computer skills such as Microsoft Office.

Platform Protect - Email Security Governance team is seeking an Email Information Security Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing email security expertise on an enterprise-wide basis to ensure effective controls are in place. You will contribute to the development/evolution of Email security governance policies, standards and processes. You will also provide guidance and consultation to the business and technology teams with regards to design and implementation of information security controls.

+ Experience with email management related to enterprise services and applications.
+ Understanding of external IP space and IP restrictions.
+ Familiarity of industry guidelines for email technologies, i.e. NIST, CISA, CIS.
+ Must be organized, flexible, and able to multitask.
+ Solid communication written and verbal skills are required.
+ Able to create Process Control and Documents; familiar with RACI framework.

We are looking for an Intermediate AWS IT Security Specialist to support the design, implementation, and maintenance of security controls within our AWS cloud environments. The successful candidate will collaborate with DevOps, Infrastructure, and Application teams to secure cloud-native services, enforce security best practices, and help maintain regulatory compliance. This role is ideal for someone with strong foundational experience in AWS and cybersecurity who is ready to grow into a more advanced role.
Key Responsibilities:
Cloud Security Operations:
- Monitor and maintain security posture across AWS accounts using native tools such as AWS GuardDuty, CloudTrail, Config, and Security Hub.
- Conduct regular audits of IAM policies, roles, and groups to ensure least privilege access and secure authentication practices (e.g., MFA, federated access).
- Perform vulnerability assessments and remediation using tools such as AWS Inspector, Tenable, or equivalent.
- Respond to security incidents in AWS environments, including investigation, containment, and reporting.
- Assist in the implementation of AWS security controls in accordance with industry frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001/27017/27701, and GDPR.
- Support compliance and governance initiatives by maintaining documentation and conducting security reviews.
- Develop and maintain AWS security automation scripts using Python, Bash, or Terraform.
- Participate in architecture reviews to ensure new services or features are securely designed and deployed.
- Implement and manage security groups, network ACLs, and VPC configurations to enforce secure connectivity.
- Work with application and DevOps teams to apply security best practices in CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code (IaC).
- Centralize and analyze AWS logs using tools such as Amazon CloudWatch, Elasticsearch (OpenSearch), or third-party SIEM platforms (e.g. Datadog).
- Configure alerts and dashboards for security-related metrics and anomalies.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience (5 yrs).
- 2–5 years of experience in IT Security, with at least 1–2 years in securing AWS environments.
- Solid understanding of AWS core services (EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, Lambda, VPC, CloudFront).
- Experience with AWS security services (GuardDuty, Security Hub, Inspector, KMS, etc.).
- Familiarity with IAM best practices, key management, and encryption standards.
- Knowledge of TCP/IP networking, firewalls, VPNs, and DNS in cloud environments.
- Proficiency in scripting or automation (Python, Bash, or Terraform preferred).
Preferred Qualifications:
- AWS Security Specialty or Solutions Architect Associate/Professional certification.
- Experience with DevSecOps or integrating security in CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks like NIST / GDPR.
- Experience using SIEM tools (e.g., Datadog) and endpoint protection platforms.
- Understanding of container security (ECS, EKS, Docker).
