Ses responsabilités:
- Prendre en charge les processus de fabrication et assurer la qualité des produits; li>Veiller à ce que les processus de fabrication respectent les normes de qualité de l’entreprise;
- Tr iter les non-conformités identifiées et trouver les sources afin de les corriger; < i>Faire l’étude et l’analyse de nouveaux équipements à implanter en usine;
- Co tribuer à l’amélioration continue des procédés, des suivis et de la documentation;
- M îtriser les spécifications techniques des produits et devenir une référence à l’interne sur les propriétés de nos produits;
- Trav iller en collaboration avec l’équipe d’ingénierie ainsi que les divers départements opérationnels.
- Bac alauréat en Génie industriel < i>Expérience dans le milieu du verre, un atout majeur li>Être membre en règle de l’OIQ

- Lead workshops and discovery sessions with stakeholders

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification (mandatory)
- 5+ years of experience in process improvement or industrial engineering roles
- Experience with process mining tools (e.g., Celonis, UiPath Process Mining, Minit)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and facilitation skills
- Familiarity with task automation or AI/ML-driven solution design is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
