THE ROLE:
This Manufacturing Engineer role will be responsible primarily for manufacturing and component documentation, compliance to ISO industry standards and environmental restrictions. (RoHS, REACH etc.) Working closely with the Manufacturing Engineering team, Environmental and Compliance teams and collaborating hand-in-hand with our Contract Manufacturing partners, you will be responsible for coordinating between suppliers and internal teams and ensure all documentation is maintained and available.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage and maintain environmental and compliance documentation for board and component-level standards (RoHS, REACH).
Ensure accurate document control and audit evidence within AMD’s internal systems.
Coordinate documentation updates across internal teams and external suppliers.
Track new component introductions and ensure timely availability of compliance documentation.
Develop and implement efficient processes for document integrity and system management.
Support equipment calibration and maintenance, including ESD verification testing.
Maintain records in compliance with ISO and internal standards.
Assist with board-level and solder repair activities as needed.
Provide general support to the Manufacturing Engineering team.
Foster effective collaboration with AMD departments and external partners.
Work primarily onsite at AMD’s Markham facility, with occasional travel to support external sites.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
Familiarity with SMT PCBA assembly processes.
Understanding of manufacturing environments and Bills of Materials (BOM).
Knowledge of quality systems and tools (APQP, SPC, 8D).
Awareness of ISO standards and audit processes.
Experience meeting RoHS and REACH compliance requirements.
Engagement with suppliers and contract manufacturers.
Strong communication skills, including working with distributed teams.
Hands-on experience with soldering and PCBA repair.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, etc.).

As the Client Solutions Manager, reporting to the Director of Client Solutions, you will be working directly with our commercial clients in delivering the world-class customer service Gallagher is so well known for. This means you will be managing an existing portfolio of clients – driving the renewal cycle, handling day-to-day policy changes, working on diverse accounts and collaborating with insurers.

• Supporting a designated portfolio of Commercial Clientele, playing the lead role in business retention and continually building upon customer relationships

About the Role

We are hiring production workers to join our client’s assembly line team , specializing in assembling car armrests . This role does not involve mechanical work or machinery operation — it is strictly assembly line production . Candidates should be prepared for a fast-paced, repetitive environment with standing required for the duration of the shift.

  • (Shift length may vary between 6–7 hours depending on production demand)

Pharma Medica Research is a full service contract research organization specialized in conducting early phase clinical trials in healthy volunteers, special and patient populations. We're currently searching for a Clinical QC Associate I to join our growing team!

The function of the Clinical QC Associate I is to ensure all prepared study source documents and/or forms of clinical activities are in accordance with the protocols, SOPs and regulations at Pharma Medica Research Inc. (PMRI ). Review study files upon data entry at the screening, check-in, on-study, and post-study procedures. Observe, on a random basis, the clinical procedures during the conduct of studies and make sure that they are performed in accordance with protocols, PMRI SOPs, GCP requirements and regulations. Review study files after study completion and ensure the documentation is in accordance with protocols, PMRI SOPs, GCP requirement and regulations. This position reports to the Manager, Clinical QC and/or designate.

Duties and Responsibilities

1.Prepare study source documents and/or forms in accordance with protocols, PMRI SOPs and regulations.

2.Review and lock the electronic study setting in accordance with protocols.

3.Review study tube arrangement for complicated study procedures based on risk assessment.

4.Review study files upon data entry at the screening, check-in, on-study and post-study procedures.

5.Observe, on a random basis, the clinical procedures during the conduct of studies (i.e. screening procedures, subject entrance, meals, sample bundling, etc.), and make sure that they are performed in accordance with protocols, PMRI SOPs, GCP requirements and regulations.

6.Ensure that study files after study completion are accurate and legible according to protocols, PMRI SOPs, GCP requirements and regulations.

7.Review other study or non-study related documents (e.g. pharmacy and equipment calibration records etc.).

8.Provide reports on the observations/reviewed data to the relevant supervisors/managers and follow up upon resolution.

9.Liaise with other departments to improve the accuracy and quality of data.

10.Perform other assigned duties as required.

Qualifications

• College degree or B.SC. in clinical research, health, or science-related field or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of CRO experience or equivalent is an asset
• Good understanding of Phase I study protocols and conduct.
• Good knowledge of GCP requirements.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and good organizational skills.
• Excellent computer skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as a team member.
