**Overview**

As a critical contributor to the Operations Team, the Manufacturing Manager sets the agenda for the Business Unit and guides a team of shift supervisors to execute the strategy and develop a team of hourly employees to build their capabilities. **Responsibilities**
- Acting as a role model for behaviors based on our PepsiCo Values and Leadership Model
- Facilitating the application of PepsiCo Policies, Programs, and Employee Manuals
- Motivating the team to achieve performance targets
- Developing the team to solve day-to-day operational issues and reach short & long term performance goals
- Communicating & collaborating cross-functionally to assist team to solve operational issues
- Working with all applicable stakeholders on the development, installation and implementation of capital projects
- Ensuring compliance with company and regulatory food safety standards
- Ensuring a safe and satisfying work environment for our teams.
Days of work: Monday to Friday
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Commerce, Supply Chain, or similar
- Demonstrated leadership and people management skills
- Demonstrated ability to drive exceptional business results
- Ability to give/receive constructive performance feedback
- Ability to facilitate team-based approach to decision making
- Effective coaching that develops future leaders
- Effective facilitation, presentation and team building skills
