**JOB DESCRIPTION**
The **AI2 Associate Program** is a 1-year enhanced development opportunity in analytics insights and AI. The **Business Intelligence Associate** will perform a variety of activities, which may include:
+ Develop and understand business drivers, definitions, and metrics to interpret findings, take-action, and provide meaningful business direction
+ Develop and maintain specialized reporting packages and dashboards utilizing data from various systems including localized data-marts on Azure Cloud as well as other sources like: SQL Server, HOST/Mainframe Systems, Enterprise Data Warehouse(s) on DB2, and external data sources utilizing D&A reporting tools (i.e. SQL, Alteryx, Tableau, Databricks, Synapse Analytics, ADLS, MS Power BI, Python, etc.)
+ Manage the repository of all reporting assets including and not limited to development scripts and objects, documentation, etc.
+ Adopt, implement, and effectively evolve report automation standards
+ Validate the quality and integrity of the data included in all reporting
+ Lead project and partner discussions to understand business requirements and associated value in support of overall business/function strategy
**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
+ Must be graduated between May 2024 and May 2026 with an **Undergraduate degree** in Business, Management, Computer Science, and/or Data Analytics or related.
+ Strong statistical and analytical skills and interest are an asset.
+ Experience with analyzing large data sets, drawing insights and inferences, and communicating outputs.
+ Experience with telling a story through data visualization
+ Strong technical knowledge and experience with one or more of: Python, SQL, Tableau, MS Power BI, PySpark, Alteryx, Databricks, Synapse Analytics, Bitbucket
+ Technical knowledge or experience with Azure Cloud is an asset.
+ Must have strong leadership qualities including demonstrating initiative, establishing priorities and using strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills to add value to each initiative, project or team assigned to.
+ Must have the capability to dive into a business issue, understand the route cause and to help partners to understand how to leverage data to tell a story that will solve for the issue

We are seeking a Senior Business Intelligence (BI) Engineer to join our Enterprise Reporting team, reposting directly to the Senior Manager, Business Intelligence & Enterprise Reporting.   • Translating business requirements into detailed design specifications for execution by offshore BI/report developers.
  • Participating in the development of data marts, reports, and data visualization solutions (dashboards) on the Business Insights platform, powered by MicroStrategy.
  • Performing detailed data analysis, validation, and report testing, while identifying data and reporting quality issues.
  • Communicating progress, milestones, challenges, and escalating issues as needed.
  • Developing deep data knowledge of goeasy’s business by combining data from different systems, analyzing heterogeneous datasets, and identifying key KPIs to inform the business.
  • Creating ad hoc queries and reports as needed, and providing ongoing analytical support for these requests.
  • Supporting self-service reporting and resolving data/reporting issues in a timely manner to maintain a stable BI environment.
  • Collaborating effectively with Enterprise and Data Solutions Architects, as well as Data and BI Engineers, to ensure adherence to approved development and deployment procedures.

What experience do you have?

  • Minimum 2 years of experience leading the implementation of Business Intelligence (BI) projects.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business reporting, with a strong understanding of data-driven decision-making.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Engineering, or a related Information Technology field.
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in the design and development of BI solutions using tools such as MicroStrategy, Power BI, or Tableau.
  • 3–5 years of experience working with SQL Server or a comparable relational database system.
  • Proven experience developing reports using documents, grids, graphs, dashboards, and working within BI or reporting environments.
  • Advanced SQL skills, with the ability to build, debug, and optimize complex queries.

**Job Description:**
**Manager, Business Intelligence and Risk Reporting, Enterprise Conduct, Insider and Fraud Risk Management**
The Manager, Business Intelligence and Risk Reporting supports oversight and strategic risk management for enterprise conduct, insider, fraud, investigations and physical security risk management by delivering high quality business intelligence, risk reporting and data insights.
Leads the design, development, and delivery of dashboards, metrics, risk indicators, and trend analyses to ensure senior leadership, governance committees, and risk owners, have timely, actionable intelligence to make informed decisions.
This role acts as a thought partner to both the first line of business units and other risk oversight functions, ensuring risk transparency, integrity, and alignment with enterprise risk appetite and regulatory expectations.
**Business Intelligence and Reporting (50%)**
+ Design and manage reporting frameworks to monitor risk across enterprise conduct, insider, fraud, investigations and physical security risk management.
+ Build and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using BI tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent).
+ Deliver periodic risk reporting to senior leadership, risk committees, and regulatory stakeholders.
+ Lead the develop of Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and Key Performance Indicators (KRIs) that align with enterprise risk appetite.
**Risk Oversight and Second Line Assurance (30%)**
+ Partner with first line teams to challenge and validate the completeness, accuracy, and timeliness of reported risk data.
+ Conduct thematic and root cause analysis of emerging risk trends and incidents.
+ Support enterprise risk assessments, scenario analysis, and stress testing for the covered risk domains.
+ Contribute to the development and maintenance of enterprise risk taxonomy and classification standards.
**Data Governance and Analytics (10%)**
+ Ensure data integrity, lineage, and quality controls across risk reporting datasets.
+ Collaborate with data owners to improve data sourcing, integration, and usage.
+ Recommend enhancements to risk systems and reporting infrastructure.
**Stakeholder Management & Collaboration (10%)**

**Skills, Education & Experience**
+ Bachelor's degree in Business, Risk Management, Data Analytics, Criminal Justice, or related field. A Master's Degree or relevant professional certification (e.g., FRM, CRM, CISA) is preferred.
+ 5+ years in risk management, business intelligence, or related discipline, preferably in financial services or critical infrastructure sectors.
+ Experience working in a second line of defense or Internal Audit/Compliance capacity is strong plus.
+ 5-8 years of experience in risk management, compliance, or assurance, preferably in a regulated industry such as the financial services environment.
+ Strong experience in business intelligence, data analytics, and reporting, ideally within risk management, internal audit, compliance contexts.
+ Expertise in enterprise conduct, insider, fraud, investigations and physical security risk management preferred.
