Vertical Campaigns & Industry Marketing
- Plan and execute targeted campaigns for specific industries (e.g., museums, resorts, hotels).
- Build and maintain customer personas to ensure campaigns are tailored to audience needs, pain points, and decision-making processes.
- Support marketing tied to industry conferences, events, partnerships, and field outreach.
- Develop creative activation ideas—direct mail, local drops, "feet on the street" campaigns, etc.
Webinars
- Own the process from start to finish: content planning, speaker coordination, promotion, hosting, and follow-up.
- Collaborate with sales and content teams to align messaging with audience needs.
- Apply webinar insights to shape future outreach and campaigns.
Product Campaigns
- Support the launch of new HONK products and features with clear, timely campaigns.
- Collaborate on messaging, emails, landing pages, and go-to-market plans.
- Collaborate with product marketing to develop sales engagement materials in line with brand guidelines
Thought Leadership Support
- Assist with conference presentation submissions, award nominations, and editorial outreach.
- Coordinate timelines, gather materials, and craft compelling write-ups.
- Track deadlines and opportunities to highlight HONK's voice in the industry.
- Contribute to blog posts, thought pieces, and newsletters as needed.
About You
- 1–2 years of marketing experience (or strong internships) preferably in a B2B or SaaS environment.
- Hungry to learn and take ownership—you're curious, proactive, and eager to experiment
- Experience working cross functionally with Sales, Business Development, Account and Operations Teams
- Strong writing and communication skills—you're confident in creating clear, concise messaging.
- Highly organized—you can manage deadlines, juggle multiple priorities, and keep projects moving.
- Comfortable with (or excited to learn) tools like Salesforce, Google Ads, Canva, Google Sheets, and AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity
