You’ll work at the intersection of people, facilities, and operations. You will become a go-to person across the team, owning the day-to-day operations of our office and supporting the overall team experience, helping us build a safe, welcoming, and efficient place to work.

Office Operations & Vendor Management
- Own the day-to-day office operations, keeping the space clean, stocked, functional and safe.
- Manage relationships with vendors, delivery services, and building managers.
- Ensure compliance of our space with health and safety standards.
Infrastructure & Security Systems
- Help define the practical needs of the office.
- Lead the set up and maintenance of our physical systems
Equipment & Inventory Management
- Create and maintain an inventory of company equipment.
- Track distribution of laptops, monitors, and other assets across teams.
- Manage orders, upgrades, replacements, and repairs for office and employee equipment.
People Operations & Culture Building
- Welcome and onboard new employees, set up their workstations, guide them through initial trainings, and ensure they feel at home.
- Help maintain internal resources like onboarding checklists, workspace guides, and how-to docs.
- Be the go-to person for questions about using benefits, vacation policies, expense reimbursements, etc.
- Manage access to software and systems and update permissions when needed.
- Support team engagement through celebrations and events.

We’re hiring a Revenue Operations Manager to own and optimize the systems, processes, and reporting that power decision-making and drive revenue across our self-serve, transactional, and enterprise motions. Reporting to our Director of Operations, this role is critical to aligning go-to-market teams, improving data visibility, and accelerating growth. The Fulfillment Operations Manager will oversee end-to-end warehouse operations, including picking, packing, and receiving. This role is accountable for ensuring that fulfillment targets, including revenue, on-time delivery (OTD), next-day shipping, customer satisfaction, and efficiency, are consistently met or exceeded.
Beyond daily execution, the manager will play a critical role in implementing Lean principles across workflows to eliminate waste, standardize processes, and scale operations as order volumes grow. The ideal candidate is both a hands-on leader and continuous improvement driver, able to balance real-time problem-solving with long-term process transformation.
Team Leadership & Daily Operations
- Lead, coach, and develop fulfillment team members (supervisors, captains, associates).
- Oversee staffing, scheduling, and training to ensure team readiness and flexibility.
- Maintain a safe, positive, and well-organized work environment aligned with Lean and 5S.
- Ensure fulfillment targets: Revenue, OTD, next-day shipping, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
Process Optimization & Lean Implementation
- Diagnose bottlenecks and inefficiencies in pick, pack and receive processes.
- Implement Lean principles (5S, standard work, Kaizen, root cause analysis) to improve flow.
- Drive slotting strategies to reduce travel time, minimize errors, and increase picking speed.
- Establish visual management tools and KPIs to track progress and empower frontline teams.
- Lead continuous improvement projects to scale capacity without proportional increases in cost.
Systems & Tools
- Own the execution and optimization of the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Collaborate with WMS Development Team to enhance picking logic, batching, and real-time tracking.
- Implement technology (scanners, dashboards, automation tools) to support scaling fulfillment.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with Production, Logistics, and Customer Experience to ensure seamless order flow.
- Act as the escalation point for fulfillment-related customer issues and lead root cause resolution.
- Work with Procurement and Supply Chain to align material availability with fulfillment needs.

A propos de vous :
- Une expérience de plus de 3 ans à un niveau supérieur dans le secteur du traitement des paiements et des passerelles de paiement est essentielle
- Une expérience de plus de 3 ans dans la gestion d'une équipe interfonctionnelle
- Au moins une licence ou un diplôme équivalent, de préférence dans une discipline technique ou commerciale, un MBA ou un diplôme supérieur est un plus mais n'est pas obligatoire
- Une capacité naturelle à diriger l'amélioration des performances et des processus dans une entreprise
