What you will do
During Sales – develop optimal solutions to meet client objectives, including:
Understanding project scope and identifying key dependencies

During Implementation :
Facilitate client workshops to gather business requirements
Conduct fit-gap analysis between client needs and Oracle Cloud offerings
Architect end-to-end solutions leveraging various Oracle Cloud modules including designing data flow between Oracle Cloud, on-premise, and other involved applications
Provide solution architecture and design guidance to the implementation team
Review technical team's work, ensuring adherence to industry-leading practices
Coach QA team on test plan design, test case development, and automation strategies
Additional expectations :
Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams, including developers and functional consultants
Take an active role in the development of team members
Mentor, coach, and train consultants by sharing solution and technical expertise
What you bring to the role
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / Engineering, or equivalent field
20+ years of experience implementing Oracle ERP projects, including 5+ years specifically with Oracle ERP Cloud
5+ years as a Solution Architect for large-scale, cross-pillar Oracle ERP implementations
Deep expertise in Oracle ERP modules across Financials, Procurement, SCM, and HCM
Proven experience in system integration with Oracle and non-Oracle systems
Proficiency in Oracle Application Development tools, Integration technologies, ETL toolsets, security concepts, and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)
Strong track record of meeting deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards
Demonstrated ability to assess and manage functional and technical risks and issues
Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively engaging with executive-level stakeholders
Experience with Oracle ERP Cloud release management, upgrade planning, and performance optimization is preferred
Comfortable working in a global delivery environment
Willingness to travel for client meetings and project engagements
KPMG BC Region Pay Range Information
The expected base salary range for this position is $128,000 to $179,500 and may be eligible for bonus awards. The determination of an applicant’s base salary within this range is based on the individual’s location, skills & competencies, and unique qualifications.
