**Department Overview**
TD Bank Group's Enterprise Real (ERE) Department provides a variety of services to support all business units across Canada, the US and internationally and is responsible for the company's retail and corporate global real estate portfolio. ERE provides real estate strategies and solutions that align with the business unit's objectives and ensures that service delivery is timely, cost effective and meets business needs. The Transactions and Leasing Management Team is part of Enterprise Real Estate and is responsible for managing the Canadian Retail and Corporate Real Estate Portfolios (including international locations).
**Job Description**
Key Accountabilities include:
+ Foster and maintain strong executive-level real estate industry relationships, act as the lead on all escalations, disputes within the assigned portfolio
+ This position will have a dedicated mandate to manage a portfolio with TD's Landlords that will ensure best practices of portfolio management including, direct lease negotiations, delivery of real estate management advice and strategic planning aligned to TD's corporate and retail real estate needs
+ Establish and institute regular portfolio reviews with assigned Landlords, ensuring a portfolio and relationship approach to negotiations; maintain and share up to date reporting and visibility of activities with each assigned Landlord
+ Strong partnership with TD Securities, Commercial Bank Executives, promoting a One TD approach to all strategic transactions
+ Work cooperatively with Transaction Manager peers, engaging and leveraging support and referring completion of applicable deals as required
+ Provide strategic leadership and guidance for Transactions within assigned portfolios and responsible for portfolio level retail and corporate negotiations
+ Provide expert real estate expertise, supporting and contributing to all strategic initiatives including strategies involving acquisition, renewals, disposition of properties and the real estate evaluation of new acquisitions (due diligence)
+ Maintain strong internal and external real estate networks to monitor industry trends to provide strategic real estate expertise to TD partners that will be regarded as "industry best" in value and service
+ Maintain and current and on-going reporting of lease expiry profiles into strategic planning and quarterly review process with all assigned relationships
+ Remain visible and active in the Real Estate industry in support of TD Bank's real estate activities
**Job Specifications**
+ Extensive experience (10+ years) in commercial real estate with an established track record across retail and office properties; investments, portfolio management, lending, asset management, and/or corporate real estate
+ Established track record and demonstrated ability managing complex real estate portfolios
+ Experience as a real estate strategic advisor and relationship lead with a focus on aligning real estate strategies with current and future business needs
+ Negotiation expertise; comfortable presenting and networking to C-Suite Real Estate Executives, the real estate community and internal stakeholders
+ Experience with real estate legal documentation
+ Deep corporate and retail Canadia real estate market knowledge; both local & national; able to spot and report on current and future trends

**Position Overview:** **TDAM and TD Epoch provide investors in Canada, the United States and around the world with a full suite of equity solutions that covers the spectrum of styles, regions and capitalization.** Client Portfolio Managers serve as investment team members dedicated to the needs of clients. The Lead of Equity Client Portfolio Management is a senior leadership role that serves as the voice of TDAM's equity platform and encompasses both internal and external responsibilities. **Key Responsibilities:**

Successful Investor Wealth Management (SIWM) is currently seeking a Portfolio Manager who specializes in Client Relationship Management.

With the objective of growing and diversifying the client base, the ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of capital markets and be able to articulate SIWMs investment process and philosophy. Conducting a thorough assessment of each clients goals, objectives, and risk tolerance from which an appropriate investment strategy is developed is key to the role. - Responsible for Know Your Client and suitability issues.
- Conduct all activities within a best-in-class culture of compliance and service.

- 5 years experience with at least 3 years in a client-facing role.
- The Certified Financial Planner designation or similar credentials would be an asset.
