Private Wealth Management (PWM) provides high-net worth and ultra-high-net client segments with holistic discovery and planning towards customized advice and solutions. Based on the commitment to discovering and achieving what truly matters to each client, they bring a distinct discovery process and an integrated, team-based approach to build a wealth strategy that reflects each client's unique needs. Team members collaborate closely with each other to fully franchise the client while delivering the full spectrum of TD Wealth Services, Private Investment Advice, Private Investment Counsel, Private Banking, Private Trust, Wealth Advisory and Insurance Services.
The Advice Journey & Enablement team is responsible for the design and delivery of solutions across PWM and our Financial Planning (FP) Advice businesses to drive our business forward. This team enables all stages of the client and relationship manager lifecycle, including acquisition, onboarding, servicing, pricing, products and services, managed solutions, work enablement, and leader engagement.
**Accountabilities**
Reporting to the VP, Executive Journey Product Owner, Advice Journey & Enablement, the Senior Manager, Business Integration role a requires a highly analytical, strategic problem solver, with a combination of strong P&L understanding / scenario planning, relationship management, and business acumen.
This role will be responsible for the following within Private Wealth Management:
+ Owns integrated initiative planning and pan-PWM change calendar / field capacity planning.
+ Consolidation of P&L management planning across PWM Strategy & Solutions.
+ Identify trends, opportunities and potential challenges in the P&L and determine options to progress.
+ Lead the relationship with Finance on medium term outlook and fiscal plan formation.
+ Lead the relationship with Wealth National Office partners from Business Management and Strategy.
+ Lead and support the planning of strategic initiatives across PWM.
+ Prepare and delivery executive level presentations and reports.
The Senior Manager will build and lead a team of professionals and set the team's direction based on strategic priorities and lead the team to deliver with excellence by:
+ Setting a persuasive vision and inspire team to engage
+ Setting ambitious goals and pursue innovate solutions to complex problems.
