What You'll Do:

  • Identify research gaps, plan studies, and run effective user research to transform that data into design decisions that are intuitive and usable.
  • Design end-to-end, build-ready experiences for a new SaaS platform including defining jobs-to-be-done, mapping information architecture, and establishing clear nomenclature.
  • Bring concepts to life, creating key design artifacts such as journey maps, user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to shape and deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Maintain high design standards, leveraging your toolkit to maintain product consistency and effectiveness.
  • Partner with the CETO to align UX strategy with roadmap milestones and product development goals.

What You Bring:

  • 4+ years of experience as a Product Designer in early and mid-stage SaaS environments.
  • 4+ years of experience working with design tools and building high-quality prototypes.
  • A strong track record of translating complex technical solutions into intuitive, user-centric digital products.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive Compensation:

Job Description

Description

We’re looking for a Product Designer to join the team at AgencyAnalytics! This is an exciting opportunity for a mid-level designer to create impact across our platform.

Reporting to the Director of Product Design , you will be a part of a growing Product Design team of 9+ designers and researchers. You will collaborate with designers, product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to design and deliver an exceptional user experience for our customers.

As an intermediate Product Designer, you’ll own well-scoped projects end-to-end, from discovery through delivery. You’ll contribute to the product development process in close partnership with your triad (Product Manager, Engineering Manager), and with guidance and support from senior members of the design team. You’ll spend time understanding our users' needs, exploring and iterating on design solutions, and delivering polished experiences that balance usability, aesthetics, and technical feasibility.

As a Product Designer, you will:
  • Own Design Projects: Take ownership of end-to-end design execution on well-defined projects, with opportunities to contribute across the platform as needed.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with your product triad (PM + EM), developers, and other stakeholders to co-create thoughtful, high-quality solutions.
  • Contribute to Research: Participate in user research and usability testing to gather insights, evaluate designs, and make data-informed design decisions.
  • Design with Users in Mind: Apply UX principles and best practices to deliver intuitive experiences that solve real user problems, while aligning with business goals.
  • Leverage Design Systems: Use our design system to maintain consistency and efficiency, and provide input to improve and evolve it over time.
  • Communicate Your Work: Share work early and often with peers and stakeholders, clearly articulating design rationale and seeking constructive feedback.
  • Grow Through Feedback: Actively seek out mentorship and learning opportunities. Contribute to team critiques and support a culture of continuous improvement.

What You'll Bring:
  • Experience : 2–4 years of experience designing digital products, ideally in a SaaS or B2B context. Experience with data-heavy or workflow-based products is a plus.
  • User-Centered Design : Solid understanding of UX principles and a user-first mindset in approaching design problems.
  • Proficiency in UI & Interaction Design : Ability to translate requirements into clean, usable, and elegant interfaces using tools like Figma.
  • Research Awareness : Some hands-on experience with user research and testing methodologies; comfortable partnering with researchers or PMs to understand user needs, and conducting basic user research (structured interviews and usability tests) independently.
  • Collaboration Skills : You thrive in cross-functional teams and know how to navigate feedback from stakeholders with different perspectives.
  • Communication : Able to explain your design thinking and incorporate feedback effectively.
  • Growth Mindset : You’re eager to learn from others, take initiative, and continuously develop your craft.
  • Design-Forward Culture: Design is a strategic priority at AgencyAnalytics. Our leadership team believes deeply in the impact of great UX.
  • Empowered Designers: You’ll get access to top-tier tools including Figma, Miro, HotJar, Maze, Marvin (a robust research repository with AI analysis functionality), and a participant recruitment budget.
  • Collaborative Team: Join a passionate, skilled, and supportive design team that values collaboration, feedback, and craft.
  • Opportunity for Growth: You'll have room to grow your skills and responsibilities, with the support of experienced designers and a clear job level framework.
  • Stable & Independent Company: AgencyAnalytics is founder-led, profitable, and entirely self-funded—our roadmap is guided by customer needs and research-driven insights, not investors.

Compensation

Our base salary for this role ranges from $100,000 to $150,000 CAD . Compensation is determined by factors such as market salary data within Canada, technical skills, previous work history, and internal pay equity. Many positions also include additional variable compensation, which our Talent Acquisition team will discuss with you during the interview process.

Our unique integrated stack of optimized hardware, software, and increasingly AI, coupled with the patient-centric experience across our domestic and global clinics, have allowed us to lead the change against "we caught it too late again".

Prenuvo is seeking a Product Designer . As a Product Designer , you'll play a critical role in designing intuitive, human-centered experiences that empower our users — whether patients, clinicians, or internal teams. This is a unique opportunity to create meaningful impact through design in a space where clarity, trust, and accessibility are everything. You'll work closely with our Director of Product Design and UX to bring new ideas to life, refine existing journeys, and help build the processes and systems that scale with us.

Help reshape the world through proactive healthcare while working with cutting-edge technology and high performing teams with deep expertise - join us to make a difference in people's lives!

What You'll Do

  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and researchers to design end-to-end experiences across our platforms

  • Create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma
  • Participate in and contribute to user research and usability testing efforts
  • Contribute to evolving our design systems and visual standards in collaboration with the broader design team
  • Deliver pixel-perfect, accessible, and developer-friendly design specs
  • Present your work clearly and effectively to cross-functional stakeholders, incorporating feedback with agility
  • Champion user-centered thinking across the product lifecycle

What You'll Bring

  • 3–5+ years of experience designing digital products (B2C, HealthTech, or MedTech a plus)
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating thoughtful, scalable design solutions for web and mobile
  • Fluency in UX fundamentals — interaction design, visual design, and information architecture
  • Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools (especially Figma)
  • Experience working with or contributing to design systems
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment — you know how to move quickly without sacrificing quality
  • A deep sense of empathy — not just for users, but for teammates, developers, and stakeholders
  • Proficiency with Figma is a must, including use for wireframing, prototyping, and design systems management
  • User research and testing experience, including conducting usability sessions and developing UI testing protocols; any experience writing test plans is a big plus, though not required
  • Bonus: experience with accessibility standards (WCAG), mobile app design (iOS/Android), or regulated environments like healthcare or wellness

Our Values

First: we are Pioneers

  • Transforming healthcare requires divergent thinking, bias for action, disciplined experimentation, and consistent grit and determination to maintain momentum. This journey is as challenging as it is rewarding.

Second: we are Platform-Builders

  • We're always building foundations that allow us to achieve tomorrow more than we did today. We never lose sight of what's ahead – in a mindset of ownership and duty to our mission.

Above all: we are Patients

  • We could all be the next person who walks through our very doors, seeking clarity or peace of mind. We are proud of our impact on our patients' lives, and we won't stop till everyone can benefit from our work.

What We Offer

  • An avenue to make a positive impact on people's lives and their health
  • We believe in preventative healthcare for everyone, including our team - Prenuvo provides free, whole-body scans to each team member
  • Growth opportunities are at the heart of our people journey, we're doing big things with bright minds - there is no single path to success, it can be shaped along the way
  • Building strong relationships is at the core of everything we do - our team gets together each week to connect, share, and socialize
  • Recognizing time away to restore is vital to our wellbeing - we have a flexible vacation policy and we will encourage you to use it
  • We offer a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, including Mental Health coverage, to support you and your family
  • The base salary for this role ranges from $85,000-$130,000 CAD, depending upon experience

We are an equal-opportunity employer and value diversity at our company. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status.

As part of the hiring process, successful candidates will undergo a background check in compliance to applicable federal, provincial, and state rules.
